The Lincoln Hotel Philadelphia

We couldn't stay because I was traveling with an elderly relative and the only room was on an upper floor with no elevator available and no carts to carry in luggage. We didn't make it past the lobby after finding that out. We had to find another hotel for the night.

The hotel appears run down even though it is on a very busy street/intersection. The receptionist was friendly but didn’t really care that the couches in the rooms are absolutely filthy. Covered in all kinds of weird stains. Her solution was to cover the couch with extra sheets. It was just very off putting. The toilet was covered in old urine. The heater vents covered in dirt. I switched to a few rooms and they were all this way. Even though no one was parked in the parking lot when I checked in. So a very empty dirty hotel. Save yourself money and don’t come here. Also the mattress was wrapped in a bed bug protector… alarming right? And all the rooms reeked of smoke. Even though they claimed the rooms were nonsmoking. Why even charge people a $100 incidental fee?? Stains, urine, and smoke filled rooms should have no additional fees.

Shower was cold…I couldnt used the hot tub because the water was cold

The room was clean, and no issue with my room. May want to fix the humongous pot hole at the entry to the hotel.

do NOT book here. the hotel is very dirty and they view that as okay. i was pointing out a few things in two of the rooms they were trying to have me stay in and they basically thought i was over exaggerating because thats the norm for them. place is unexceptable.

The hot tub didn’t work and I was still charged and know one told me until after I tired to use it i could’ve got a regular room

Staff, it awesome, rooms are spacey, no noise only my thinking to myself (WHITE-NOISE) NOT THE C***N**s* Overall-recommend a cleaning fresh paint and no burn holes

Convenience quietness just what i need being a cancer patient. Stay here why i have my infusions

The carpet in our. Room was damp, and the room smelled like an unused basement. We did not stay overnight…simply changed our clothes for the function we were attending and left!
