Was charged 200 deposit because of hair dye on cheap towels, and then was no longer allowed to rent next night.

Overall, room was not bad with a king bed. But exterior of motel and hallway in very poor shape. Building is old, low, and hard to even see at night as front exterior is very poorly lit. Room was priced reasonable, but building is past its "best before date"!!!

This was perfectly fine for a quick overnight. Linens were clean and all supplies were there. Hot water right away from all faucets. No issues with lights etc as noted by others. Wifi, fridge and tv all working. Place is older and still smells of old smoke in halls but the room did not.

It was your average room; clean, quiet, comfortable bed. To be expected for a place to lay your head for a night.
However, there was this pesky fly…

They asked for a 200 dollar deposit on top of our room rate before we could check in. Insane

The bed was excellent. The linen was very clean. The shower was excellent. The walls need to be washed in the room I was in. The front reception was not overly friendly. I seemed to be bothering them when I walked in to check in. The price of the hotel was good though.

Location was central, which was nice. Arrived at 1:40pm and was told room wouldn't be ready until 2pm. Asked if we could check-in and get the key, but not go to the room as we had other things to do in town. Told us was better if we just came back. Strange approach.
Room was clean and updated, fridge, microwave, small television with a handful of channels to find something to watch. Bathroom - Shower was backed up and wouldn't drain and the power outlet didn't work (yes, reset the GFI and it wouldn't work). Only provided 2 towels in a double bed room, had to go to front desk to ask for another,
It was good for a night, but over priced for what was delivered.

I did not receive a confirmation email from ******* nor Travellers Inn so i could not recall where i had booked travel. As i am away from my computer and using my mobile, i was unable to see the booking and ended up staying somewhere else because i had no infor.ation as to where i had booked. I asked for a refunded but they declined.
