Hôtel idéalement placé mais un effort pourrait être fait au niveau ménage pour que ce soit vraiment parfait.

Since 2018 I have chosen this hotel to stay when i had to go to Toulouse for work. This last stay the hotel is very different. Cleaning as gone down a lot. I had to ask them to change the towels and add the toilet paper. They didn't always clean up. The pool and restaurant are closed. Unfortunately I no longer recommend it. The positive thing was that the reception staff went out of their way to make everything go smoothly.

Clean and comfortable but the extractor fan wasn’t working on arrival.
Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice.
Only small espresso coffee cups in the apartment so it could do with some mugs for English hot tea.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour nos premières vacances à Toulouse sans consulter Tripadvisor. Dommage. En effet, cet hôtel a certainement été une adresse recommandable pendant des années, mais aujourd’hui il faut déchanter. L’hôtel est partiellement occupé par des femmes à protéger de leurs maris violents, des migrants et des réfugiés. Triste réalité de notre monde d’aujourd’hui, cette cohabitation ne contribue pas à créer une ambiance de vacances. L’entretien laisse à désirer, le restaurant est fermé et le petit déjeuner se consomme dans un local exigu devant la réception. Quand il manque du beurre ou du pain, vous vous en passez. Il n’y a pas de réserve. L’équipement de l’appartement est correct, mais si vous voulez qu’une femme de chambre passe tous les jours, comme d’habitude dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, il faut le demander. Relevons tout de même la gentillesse des collaborateurs et précisions que le grand parking fermé la nuit est appréciable. La situation géographique de Tournefeuille est parfaite pour visiter Toulouse et toute la région autour.

Rapport qualité prix horrible 😱 Le site internet et les photos sont d’un autre temps…. Mise à part un bon accueil, notre séjour fut des plus déplorables. Les jardins, la piscine, les terrasses sont à l’abandon. La clientèle n’est plus de passage, nous avons plus l’impression d’arriver dans un foyer… Dans la chambre, nous avions encore un sac avec de la nourriture de notre prédécesseur (et les odeurs), la vaisselle était sale et inutile d’utiliser l’éponge qui devrait être dans la poubelle depuis longtemps… Il y a des lampes dans le salon mais elles ne fonctionnent pas, la table basse est brûlée par des cigarettes... La literie est bonne à être changée… Sur la terrasse un détritus brûlé… Ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner, qui boucle en beauté cette expérience. A fuir sans aucun doute 🚫

A fuir, hôtel minable. Aucun entretien espace vert, déchets divers , pots yaourt sacs poubelles, etc...... Lit bancal de 140 cms alors qu'il nous avait été annoncé un lit 160 cms. J'ai dû mettre sous un pied la planche à découper.... Mauvaise réception chaines télé, oreillers inconfortables. Cet établissement part en désuétude, dommage. Au départ, personne à l'accueil, j'ai laissé ma clé de chambre sur le comptoir. J'irai ailleurs lors de mon prochain voyage à Toulouse.
