Hotel TossaMar

I am deeply disappointed by the experience at this hotel. Not only did we find an unacceptable amount of dust everywhere in the room, but the television was not working, making it impossible to even enjoy a moment of relaxation. Additionally, the issue with intermittent hot water was extremely bothersome, especially during showers. Also, there was a non-functioning safe in the room that cost €2 per day, and the lack of furniture to store our clothes was inconvenient. But the biggest problem was the food. The dinner was of such low quality that we were dismayed. Poor ingredients, poorly cooked, and presented in an unappetizing manner. We certainly didn't expect a gourmet feast, but we did expect at least some care in preparing the meals. Additionally, we noticed that the sheets and pillows were constantly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of any level. The lack of cleanliness of the sheets made our night's rest practically impossible and further increased our disappointment. I strongly advise against this "4-star" hotel.

Not even 1 stars, they charge for for Beach Towel , not for deposit $ 2.00 a day , for safe they charge 5 euro per day. Small room with the room key for turn on electricity. Hotel cross from this hotel it is a lot larger and nicer and they said 2 stars, but this hotel they put 4 stars on the wall outside. dead bugs inside ceiling light. They nickel and daime you for various items that are free in other hotels. Not worth the money you pay. The hotel Cross they wake you up early in the morning with exercise with loud club music. But that hotel is a lot nicer than this hotel it shows two stars. The curtain does not close completely and the sun in the morning wakes you up. When taking shower the water gets very hot and cold all day he time.

If you go by car you will either have to pay 20 euros per day in a car park or search for street parking which is difficult and also expensive. Having said that the hotel is OK but I would say more 3 star than 4. The rooms are comfortable and clean . Our room overlooked a carpark but there are rooms with a pool view. We got a very reasonable price for full board . I think they are able to keep prices low by employing very few staff , only 2 men in the dining room which can get very busy. The same 2 men for breakfast , lunch and dinner.They certainly do their best but there can be long queues at the buffet style service. The location is good as it's a short walk to the beach , the shops and the castle.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa. La habitación muy correcta y limpia, cama muy cómoda. El Todo Incluido no merece en absoluto la pena, no vimos ningún tipo de snack a parte de patatas fritas de bolsa marca blanca. El precio es excesivo para la calidad de la comida que es pésimo. El personal no es muy profesional pero correcto. Una pena porque las instalaciones están muy bien pero la comida es horrible y el TI una tomadura de pelo.

Hôtel très bien placé à proximité du centre-ville et de la plage, Accueil chaleureux, chien accepté pour 15 € Chambre, spacieuse et propre lit de 2 m salle de bain très bien avec douche à l’italienne, petit balcon, très calme, petit déjeuner à volonté avec grand choix salé ou sucré. Je recommande cet établissement.

ho passato veramente una brutta esperienza con loro, per quanto riguarda le stanze sono minuscole e piene di polvere e sporco. Il bagno ha solo acqua fredda e se si è fortunati capitava di sentire l'acqua tiepida. Il cibo è internazionale ma poco articolato: spero in un miglioramento . Infine come ciliegina sulla torta il propietario è stato molto arrogante con me e i miei amici: mettendoci regole e divieti con multe di circa 300€ e espulsione dall'hotel, facendoci sentire non i benvenuti. Sono sincero se descriverei questo luogo come una copia pessima di una caserma dell'esercito.

hotel che di 4 stelle ha solo il nome, cibo pessimo così come le stanze impolverate e sporche, accoglienza sgradevole e ricca di proibizioni esposte in maniera arrogante da parte del proprietario. Pessima esperienza che non consiglierei a nessuno di vivere!

Camas grandes y cómodas, bufet lamentable penoso i malo! Nada elaborado cuando se gasta a no se reponia sin duda el peor bufet hasta la fecha! 0 variedad 0 elaboración y platos recalentado de un día para el otro

Este hotel no es un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que las habitaciones son correctas y las camas cómodas, pero el servicio de restaurante es terrible. Muy mala calidad de la comida, en plan bufet libre, y totalmente masificado, en un comedor con cero encanto. En general, las personas que nos atendieron en recepción y en el restaurante lo hicieron con mala cara y poca educación. Atención al cliente muy mejorable. El servicio de parking, más caro que la zona azul de al lado del hotel mismo, en un aparcamiento, supuestamente interior, en el que no cabían más de 5 coches. El ascensor no funcionaba y no había ni siquiera una nota para dar el aviso de la avería. En general, poco recomendable.
