Hôtel familial. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont très correctes, avec balcon et climatisation. La salle de bain était rénovée. L'insonorisation avec la chambre du dessus en revanche n'est pas terrible. On entendait parler et le bruit des chaises sur le sol. Télé avec 3 chaines (d'info) en français. La piscine est bien. Le petit déjeuner est correct même si la plupart des produits sont industriels (croissants, jus d'orange, ...). Au rayon négatif, deux choses : Nous n'avons pas pu, en 6 jours, nous connecter une seule fois au wifi de l'hôtel, que ce soit dans la chambre, à la réception, à la piscine ou ailleurs. Enfin, je n'ai pas apprécié qu'une femme se baigne avec un burkini dans la piscine, burkini qu'elle utilisait ensuite dans la salle du petit déjeuner et en ville. Au niveau hygiène, ce n'est juste pas possible. Je ne comprends pas que l'hôtel accepte cela.

The walls have cracks, bathroom really small, bed sheets smell, airconditioning was extremely loud, food wasn't always cooked and taps were disgustingly dirty

Regret going to this hotel , one staff rude talking in they language and arguing at me Bar staff advice be polite n smile , no last this no more for you

My daughter went here as part of a school trip the cost of which was astronomical. We were promised an all inclusion stay with picnics being packed by the hotel on excursion days, for four days my daughter in the middle of a heatwave had no lunch and we had to transfer more money to her to buy food while out and about because they thought catering for a vegetarian meant given them a fried courgette sandwich on bread so soaked in oil it was impossible to hold let alone eat. On my issuing a complaint to the hotel when she returned home I was promptly told that they received no complaint while she was there therefore she had nothing to complain about. I have video evidence of this disgusting sandwich and email evidence of their shore lack of care or consideration for a 16 year old vegetarian away from home for the first time. I am also told by my daughter that another member of the trip who required no pork in the meals was on one occasion given pulled pork in his picnic. What a disgusting place with horrific after care I would not have fed my animals this food and would not recommend this place to anyone!

Very friendly staff. Great value for money and breakfast was included. Great facilities. Lovely poolside. Rooms cleaned daily. Quiet hotel with lovely atmosphere. Close to all amenities. Taxi and shops and restaurants. Tossa de mar is beautiful.

Hotel is very basic but the room was clean and somewhere to lay your head given what we paid we wasn’t expecting 5 stars, rooms were fairly small & I would advise to take my an extension cable as only 1 socket in the bathroom and 1 where the telly is. Some public areas in the hotel were dirty I.e the stairs needed a good hoover. We opted for all inclusive but wouldn’t recommend as the food was basic, the dining room was small so didn’t give much option for choice. We ate out most days. All inclusive drinks were really good, sangria & vodka wasn’t watered down like some all inclusive- hotel is directly opposite a supermarket for snacks. Staff all friendly especially Juan behind the bar. End of season so not much going on no entertainment or pool bar don’t know if this changes in high season. Advise taking a bus into lloret de mar only 2.60€. We also took a catamaran trip from here which included drinks & bbq which was great value. Tossa its self is a beautiful place with lots of eateries so if I was to return I would go self catering. Good location 10 minutes from beach

BLUESEA Continental Ctra. Lloret, 2, 17320 Tossa de Mar, Spain (Formerly Hotel Continental) the worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel employees are reluctant to speak English, the atmosphere is not nice, the food is mediocre and the dining room is located in the basement 🤣 which is not included in the photos or description. The hotel is very old and not renovated. The bathroom inside is dirty and damaged (on it is modern and clean in the photos). the air conditioning barely works and is very noisy. I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

All the staff are polite and welcoming, even with the language barrier they were very accommodating and did their best for us. Great service great hotel. Decorations were a bit old fashioned, the aircon is brilliant and the balcony was lovely to just sit and relax in the sun! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the near future. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely horrible! Got into our room and the smell was horrendous! We checked around and OH MY GOD! The taps were filled with lime scale! Made me feel sick!! The bath was so small you couldn’t even fit your left toe in it. The bidet wasn’t clean so there was poo marks in it. The cleaning lady waltzed into our room even tho the do not disturb sign was on the door! The pool was freezing cold and the paint flaked off onto our skin. There was also a vape in the bottom of the pool leaking vape fluid. We ended up paying 40 euros for food we didn’t even want which can I say it tased absolutely terrible. There were marks and stains on the curtains and walls. You could hear people talking and laughing which kept us up for most of the night. The toilet was broken. It took 2 days for them to come up and fix it after we asked them over 3 times. We didn’t feel welcome at all and overall the hotel was not what we expected.

My son stayed here on a school trip. His room was accessed by someone with an entry card and items were stolen. His friends also had items stolen. Food was also not good. Not to be recommended. Deeply worrying that key cards are being used to enter rooms in which minors are staying
