Great location in Galerias Laguna mall, it is actually connected to the mall so they’re is always something to do.
The hotel is clean and everyone is friendly. They actually clean your room everyday, beds are comfy and there is tile in the room.
Shout out to Tono at the bar.
Pool is not the best so for families with kids maybe Crowne Plaza is a better option. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
Parking lot can be difficult specially on weekends.
I will definitely come back.

The hotel rooms look dated, with old furniture, and some maintenance problems. The sheets were worn out, and it didn't have an iron. It's nice that is in a shopping mall and the food is ok. It doesn't have heating and it was really cold.

A solid choice for business/sport event in Torreon. Convenient location to airport and very convenient access to a shopping mall. Conditions were appropriate for the price. Breakfast from the menu was better value than the buffet. Thumping music on Saturday night was not conducive to sleep and a small gym would have been nice. Overall, good value for price and very convenient.
