High floor unobstructed view of Downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Guests with reservations 28 days stay and more have access to the Gym, Outdoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub in the building Other things to note According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Please note that you have to be 18 or over in order to check-in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund. - Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $15 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked. - Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. - We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance. ***Deposit*** All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
