The bar near the lobby is nice and they have a beautiful bar. The breakfast is not good. They say is included and they only let you have one option from the menu. Luxury is flexibility. Having to pay extra if I want to eat more in a five star hotel feels cheap.

It was a good stay. Highly recommended. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel, great service, great location. Nothing but good things to say about the Regis but we did opt for the 2br 2 bath 1300sq ft suite so pricey but so worth it for family of 5 and looking to splurge a bit and got luck the indoor pool was all to ourselves.

I stayed here for my birthday, The staff gave me an out of service room . So i had to switch rooms . The man at the front desk told me to GO OUTSIDE & GET THE LUGGAGE TROLLEY MYSELF  . On MY BIRTHDAY I carried my luggage from one room to another by myself. Unbelievable. Finally after carrying my cake and suitcases to my new room by myself I settled down in my new room where the fire alarm was beeping the entire night and the entrance  light was broken it was flashing/ blinking as if there was an electrical issue.  Around 1 or 2 in the morning I left my room for a smoke break and when I returned someone from security blocked the entrance saying “you dont have a room here why are you trying to enter “ although I had just passed her to exit . If she had been doing her JOB she would have recognized me ….. I can’t believe this happened on my birthday of all days . I feel what happened was an act of discrimination & I was really upset about it .  Again in the morning I left my room for another smoke break & when I returned to my room the key was not working for my room . I had to go back downstairs to fix that as well …  Overall these issues shouldn’t have happened & My stay was not up to st.regis standard .

衞生極差，剛入住時，哪哪都是一層灰，讓來個人清理，説是下班了，等他們來換床單也等半天，差評，不會再來！絕對不是五星水平

游泳池桑拿房很棒，房間不錯，位於城央，31樓餐廳酒吧很好，服務態度很好，也許是訂了兩個套房+黑鑽，酒店主動問要不要延遲退房，我表示不用，經理説要送橙汁給我。呵呵

蠻老舊了，樓下馬路在施工，很吵。服務馬馬虎虎，有開夜床服務。沒啥景觀，和附近的樓間距很近。房間有拖鞋，熱水壺，咖啡壺。

前台服務不錯的，客房服務差點意思，像棉簽這些備品每天都要打電話要，地毯上還發現了前面客人剪的指甲，游泳池不錯，但游泳館的服務員收拾過程一直摔摔打打的，不知道是什麼意思

市中心黃金地段。 房間內有咖啡機、6個不同口味的咖啡膠囊，以及開水壺。多倫多住過多家四星、五星級酒店，一般都是衹有咖啡機，並無開水壺。 有浴缸、同時也有淋浴房。乾濕分離。 洗手間內提供體重秤。 入住的時候問需不需要報紙，我選擇Vancouver Sun。

地段衞生服務都非常好，樓上的西餐廳很好吃，值得一去！

房間設施比較新，套房比較寬敞，還提供了熱水壺，非常貼心！

簡單講句, 五星價錢四星服務, 同亞洲區嘅St. Regis係兩回事, 有小朋友嘅可以唔需要考慮, 都係搵返四季或者Ritz會穩陣啲. 每日塞車落downtown真係會迫到你想棄車.
