Art Hotel Kaštieľ

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very pretty location. Comfortable rooms, very clean, good beds. Excellent breakfast. Diner also very good. Pity everything closed at 21:00. Swimming pool is very nice. Good accommodation. Friendly staff. It’s worth the additional fee.

we were there just for pool (which is very nice, also pool staff were very kind and helpful) and also we wanted to have a lunch, but we werent welcomed :) we have two small kids, we took a seat, first i had to leave because i have to feed my youngest (and i dont want to do breastfeed in public) and then had to leave my husband because our oldest (under 3) started to cry and we didnt want to bother another guests (2 tables). it lasted cca 15 -20 min, i made two orders (i asked also for bill because i didnt know if my daughter calm down) and then when we wanted to make third order for my husband, waiter nervously said: ok so make a finally decision, i was here for 5 times and i have another work to do!!! inwas shocked. sorry, i know that guest with small kids arent very organised and believe me, to have a meal is sometimes very difficult (and we are that kind of parents which always considering the other guests, we dont want to interrupt others), but i think this behaviour of that waiter was very innaproppiate, rude and stupid. its a big shame, because meal was quite good (we had only pasta and fries, my husband didnt make a order because of waiters behaviour) and enviroment is really nice, but we will never come again. its little bit funny, because that hotel/restaurant ist quite expensive and that behavior belongs to smoked pub at 3am.

Very positively surprised. Beautiful castle in a beautiful park with beautiful rooms and a beautiful receptionist. This hotel has grandezza. Even if it's a bit lonely. I can recommend the Kastiel. Even though the restaurant closed at 20h00, but it is understandable when there are only a few rooms booked.

Wedding and stay in this hotel. Rooms are great, grounds are stunning, staff is friendly and the breakfast was very good as well. Fantastic venue for the wedding we came and spaces were great to interact with people. COVID measures in place.
