Overall ok, friendly and helpful counter staffs. We were asked to go to another building that is ~100m away which is fine. Convenient Shuttle bus to airport. Only one negative part is the hotel buffet breakfast restaurant male staff who was rigid and unhelpful in arranging for seats for 3 of us; and then I witnessed again when he insisted in making a cabin crew guest sit at a table she didn’t want to. This left a bad impression.

Good location , nearby convenient store , sukiya , ramen etc , provided free shuttle to 3 terminal at haneda airport with good service .

Room is not to big, but the bed and restroom makes me feel comfortable. Let me have a nice sleep.

There are two Hotel JAL’s right next to each other, do note that this is the smaller hotel. I loved how close and convenient it was to the airport and the train line that goes into the city. I arrived early morning so at that time, their shuttle bus did not pick-yet guests yet. I took the train from the airport, crossed the road at the red light, and the hotel was right there. There’s a Lawson and 7/11 close by, they’re both otw to the train station. There’s also a small complimentary lounge on the ground floor that has a coffee machine and some pastries throughout the day. Everything was clean and the hotel was perfect for my transit in Tokyo.

Love the room. It was squeaky clean and space full enough rather than others. Definitely will recommend or book for another trip. The shuttle bus makes perfect.

Overall experience is not too bad. Staff are not too nice when he assists me in using electronic machine to check in. Room is clean and spacious. Very convenient to railway.

Very close to haneda airport, have free shuttle bus to airport start from 4am.

Very clean and they have a lot of different amenities. Also they have shuttle bus to the Haneda airport. I recommend to book when you back to your country before the day.

Free shuttle service is available , location is about 10 mins from the airport , nearby there is a family mart , and places to eat . The service staff are very friendly and able to communicate very well in English . Free variety of drinks and even bread are available ( in morning ).

We stayed here for the 2nd time before flight from Haneda. The rooms are quite big according to Tokyo hotel rooms. They have comfortable shuttle bus to the airport and early morning breakfast.

It was lovely. Service was lovely but be aware the bus leaves 10 mins early before departure time.

Free and quick shuttle bus to Haneda airport so good for early morning flights! Room is modern and spacious and clean! Unfortunately stayed for less than a night so can’t say much about the amenities/facilities. Bed had wheels which moved for some reason? And room wasn’t fully lit, not sure if light bulb was out or that’s how it was. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend for convenience.

The hotel was very clean, and the location is also very good to go to the airport!!
