Good location. Just 5-10 mins walk from airport limousine station. Friendly staff. I stayed in family which comfortably fit 3 kids and adults.

清潔で部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。 2段ベッドが珍しくて楽しかったです。 フロントのスタッフも親切で助かりました。 バスタブは無かったのですが、シャワーがあるので問題ありません。 提供されているシャンプー&コンディショナーだけでは髪がギシギシしたので、ヘアオイルなど準備したほうが良いかもしれません。 ホットプレートをフロントで借りて、友達とたこ焼きパーティーを楽しみました♪ また機会があれば利用したいです。

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay here a Mimaru Nihombashi Suitengumae. The staff is delightful and so helpful. Each staff member went above and be young in helping my family. Chimmey, Kido/Kota and Emily went the extra mile in what I needed for my daily trips. Silart made my welcome great. I can’t thank them enough on the exceptional job they do for their guests. Just that the entire staff is amazing. The rooms are very spacious for it being in Japan. Clean and well stocked with the amenities. They also have a washer & dryer downstairs. I definitely would stay here again and in the same location. The location was perfect for my arrival and departure being close to the CAT station. Just a 5 minute walk. It is also close to a few restaurants, a 7-eleven, and my fave Lawson. Lots of vending machines in walking distance. The other station that is also 10-15 mins walk is the Grey Line. This is one hotel apt I’d definitely recommend to people.

We stayed here for our last few days before returning home, the place is very clean and looks quite new. Checkin was easy We have stayed in lots of hotels in many countries over the years, the beds are so uncomfortable with paper thin mattresses and basically had no sleep, no blind on the bedroom window with sunrise at 4:30am. It’s really not good enough and unfortunately will never stay here again

From the start of our trip, we needed a lot of help making reservations and confirming other things that only calling in Japan is available. They were so responsive and able to email me back within day. Providing me with options. Check in was a breeze and for Japan standard it's pretty big for our family of 5. Like the fact that the bathroom is separated from the bathroom. Glad they provide humidifier in the room, because it gets really dry with the heater on. They clean your garbages & towels daily and make the bed and vacuums every 4 days. Washer and Dryer first floor were game changer for us. We were able to pack light and wash some clothes every other day. Took about 1.5 hour though for both The location is a little far from the main attractions. But there's a subway station 3 short blocks away. The farthest walk to a subway station was to Disneyland or Disenysea, about 15 min walk. We did that after a long day and were still not too bad. So many eateries around in all direction. I actually like the fact that is not in the center of the city, yet you get to at some pretty decent price places and without the wait. We also pick this location for the convince to the Limousine Bus from Narita or Haneda to the Tokyo Terminal station. It's 3 short blocks from the hotel. From Narita to hotel took about 1.5 because of traffic. But heading to Narita took only and hour. With so luggages, we thought this was the best way to travel. We will def. Return if we come back to Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay at mimaru. The hotel is very family and kid friendly. The staff are very friendly. Our son particularly enjoyed the Bingo sheet they have for prizes. He also enjoyed the bunk bed set up! They don’t have in room laundry like some of the Mimaru hotels do but we didn’t have problem using the shared laundry room.

The staff were very wonderful, we liked interacting with Izumi, Michelle, Kota, Emily, and Chimi. We liked our hotel room and really liked the tatami mat room, we enjoyed the staff's recomendations and were excited to stay here. Staying here was a great experience and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were really nice to us. The hotel room was great. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was really cool and it was very nice to be up there with my family. I loved the experience and I enjoyed being here with the nice staff and my family.

I highly recommend Mimaru Nihombashi. The rooms are clean and well equipped, a perfect base to explore Tokyo, The location is ideal for Tokyo Air Terminal and Suitengumae station. Plenty of tasty treats and convenience in the immediate area too. But best of all, the staff are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made our stay feel very relaxed and comfortable. Thank you!

We stayed for 6 nights at the Mimaru Tokyo Nihombashi Suitengumae with a family of 5. The rooms were very clean and spacious compared to other hotels. Our room came with a small stove, cookware, dishes, a microwave, and medium size refrigerator. It also had a table and bench style seats for eating, saving us a lot of money by not eating out (although you have to eat out sometimes to get the full experience!) They have instapots, rice cookers, and a few other items in the lobby you can borrow to cook in your room. The staff was amazing and we purchased tickets to some sites and Tokyo subway tickets for the kids (we used our phones for adults) at the front desk. There are washers and dryers for a small fee (and for families, this is extremely beneficial). Multiple 24-hour convenience stores are right around the corners (think 2-3 minute walk) so you can purchase almost anything you need at a very good price (Seven Eleven and Family Mart were our go-to stores). There are restaurant options but this is a quieter area so probably not as many as other busy locations and not open as late. However, it was perfect for us because it was a quieter location. There are multiple train stations nearby so getting around Tokyo is very easy. Suitengumae Station is a 2-3 minute walk and Kayabachō Station is about a 10-minute walk. Overall, I highly recommend this lodging! We would definitely stay here again.
