This hotel is new, spotless and just what you need if you want to settle in for 3-5 nights. The rooms have kitchens, washer dryers and are decent size for the area. The shower pressure is amazing!!! The bed is comfy. The room is quiet. W we were on floor 13. Rooms 1311 and 1312 - family of 4 adults. The staff is nice and helpful. The pool is a great for cooling off. Close to Shibuya Crossing and the train. The one con, is the hotel entramce is confusing to locate per other reviews. Taxis do not know how to find the taxi driveway... it's stressful with a lot of luggage... I don't know how to describe it to make it easier for other travels but the entrance is up above the ground (2nd floor) opposite side of the street from Baskin Robbins... There are beautiful art light trees up near the entrance. Signage is lacking. The lobby is on the 16th floor. Taxi level is on the 1st floor ....The app has instructions for you to download for taxi drivers. That said the stay was worth the hastle and once you figure it out once, you're set. The front staff helped us with a luggage transfer to our hotel in Osaka on the last day. The washer and dryer and kitchen were wonderful benefits that we used during our 4 night stay. We did not have breakfast for eat at the restaurant. The gym has just enough for a quick workout. The pool is great. The hot tub is small... 2/3 person max. We paid $325 USD per night, which was very reasonable. When we left the rate was $1200 which was ridiculous. I am adding this nit for perspective. The staff were great. Several spoke English. The hotel is new. It is a Hyatt House and it's appropriate to note that for other travelers comparing it to higher end hotels. Our stay was 5 star for a mid-range hotel. We will happily return.
