Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Also there was no iron in the room. Besides these issues, the overall atmosphere and reception was great. Loved the breakfast.

I enjoyed my trip at the hotel. All staff were very kind. I was a little nervous because of the missing payment at the entrance. I was tired from the journey and they could have taken this into consideration and sent me to my room and then taken the remaining payment later. At least I expected such kindness. But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. The room was clean. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly. But there wasn't. These are sensitive issues for me. And most people choose their hotel according to what is written in the room. If such sensitive issues are taken into consideration, the hotel is very wonderful, its location is central and you can almost go everywhere on foot (if you like walking). It is both quiet, the employees are great, the housekeeping lady is very polite and meticulous. Except for a few things, I was very pleased. If I go again, this is the hotel I will choose. Thank you for everything!

Basic hotel, requires renovation and better cleaning policies and new batteries for their door.

Amazing place to go and chill for the weekend, The people are very friendly always willing to help. Thanks I really enjoyed myself.

Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

Was asked to pay in euros and the staff is not friendly

I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but as it was full we were sent to Eurostar, so this review is directly for Eurostar but indirectly for this hotel, as they belong to the same group, they share the same employers and they are one in front of the other. So, the grade would have been different, if at the moment of check out we wouldnt have been stolen. At the moment of checking out, in fact, the staff accused us to have consumed a small bottled wine (priced 12.5€). According to them, the bottle had been opened (but not consumed). It would have been very stupid to open a bottle but not drinking it, do you agree? Moreover there is a supermarket straight in front of the hotel. But what clearly proves that we were stolen is that we checked out at 9.50 and they complained of this bottle straight after: the fridge was full of a lot of products and it would have been hard to find that the bottle was open at a first glance, some time would have been needed. And they didnt use this time. To sum up, the hotel is not terribile, expecially if you take it at a good price, but watch out. We won't come back.

The worries hotel I have seen ever, the room not prepared good and the furniture is dilapidated, there is no free parking lot and the staff here not helpful at all and the manger mistreated the customers.

應該是我下一次再要下榻的酒店，地理位置卓越，沒有噪音煩惱，門口就有一個超市。國家博物館歌劇院機場大巴起止站10-15分鐘步行距離，早餐豐富健康，唯一不足是住房客人浪費食品情況超乎想象，建議酒店加強管理，在每一個餐桌上擺放警示牌提醒客人自律節約食品。

Очень много минусов начнём с основных если вы блондинка, пожалуйста оденьте шапочку если вы пойдёте в бассейн. У меня пепельный блонд который я добивалась много лет, но после их бассейна мои волосы окрасились в зелёный цвет. Что они добавляют в бассейн я не знаю! В момент заселения при оплате $ наличными, мне сказали мы принимаем либо местную валюту либо €. Я решила оплатить картой, но гостиница сверху взяла 30$, я заметила не сразу но как только заметила написала в техподдержку. Когда техподдержка связалась с гостиницей гостиница отрицала что взяли с меня сверху 30 $. При том что у меня есть чек об оплате на 30 $ больше и плюс банковская выписка. Они отрицали что взяли 30 $ с меня при том что у меня есть все доказательства. Когда же я лично пошла на ресепшен разбираться мне они сказали что это не они взяли 30 $ а они должны были взять 30 $ потому что у них идёт конвертация с доллара на евро с евро на их местную валюту и это конвертация будет стоить 30 $. Но якобы эту сумму выставляет мне банк а не сама гостиница хотя сам счёт выставлен от имени гостиницы. Мне это абсолютно не понравилось. В номерах не было тапочек, кстати они не отрицали что у них нет тапочек. Очень странное поведение персонала. Завтраки у них длятся всего лишь 2 часа и стоит 10€, но почему-то завтрак максимально скудный проще на эту же сумму позавтракать в соседнем кафе.

Les chambres propres. Nettoyage quotidien nickel. Reception parfait. L'emplacement de l'hôtel un peu mal indiqué. Sinon petite remarques : Mon mari c'est couper avec la brosse des toilettes à changer ... Merci Vh premier.

Очень хороший отель,сервис на уровне.Каждый день уборка комнаты.Я остался доволен.Спасибо вам тоже за совет этого отеля.
