They have the worst Costumer Service in the world, And that extra $100 of Deposit they ask at check in , its ridiculous like if someone going to steal or destroy those motel cabins… please gurl you need to get emergency help. Im defined not going back to that shitty place.

This was a terrible stay. Had to walk down to office to get pits, pans and dishes. No delivery. We reserved a superior oceanfront King suite but did not get what we paid for. The outside area was trashy and filthy. However, room was nice but not what we paid for. Please refund our money!😡

Location was perfect hotel room was clean and staff was super friendly would come back again

El peor cuchitril en el que he caído eso no es hotel, son unos estafadores no existía la tal piscina había que caminar como 4 cuadras para estar en la piscina, para tomar desayuno el mismo cuento ir a otro sitio pero yo ya los estoy denunciando al BBB ellos van a solucionar el problema y sobre todo comprobarán que lo que nos enseñan en la página WEB es solo un fraude Ahhhh y el personal que atiende en “la oficina” que es una tienda son de lo peor, prepotentes, groseras, malcriadas no tienen idea de lo que es tratar a un cliente y ellos viven de nosotros ojalá más gente se anime y los denuncie al BBB.

The view and the location was great. We came at a great time where there was amazing views of the sun and heat. It was great to get away from Boston. The workers were very nice. Daniela the barista at Marriott hotel was great making coffee and Derek at the Hollywood beach that helped us get the beach chairs was wonderful. We enjoyed a full week here feeling relaxed and comfortable with everyone around us and all the staff saying hello and communicating.

I literally read all the reviews and was so scared to use this Resort, but me and my husband have nothing bad to say about this establishment it was more then what we expected yeah it was old ran down a little bit but it was right on the beach and they had pools a whole kitchen that you could use this by far was probably one of our best vacation spots ever and we had parking all of that when I read all the reviews it was like a nightmare that I was going to walk into a nightmare but we didn't It was amazing so if you read the reviews don't think you're walking into a nightmare that's all I got to say It was the opposite It wasn't a nightmare and we had the best time walking out of our hotel room right on the beach

We arrived early and asked for an early check in and instead of being charged, Tyler up graded us to a beach front room, steps away from the boardwalk! Our room was clean and well stocked, the bed was super comfy and we had more than enough pillows. This hotel also has a little store in the lobby for anything you may need, and all the staff were super friendly!

My family and I had an amazing experience. The staff were super sweet and helpful. Especially the two from desk ladies ! My father wanted to change our original suite to a bigger room last minute and they understood with no issues. My room was clean and cozy. Im over all just grateful. Don’t get fooled by the reviews and come experience it yourself. The build could be updated but its not even about that in my opinion. It made my family and I creat great memories. Definitely recommend and will be coming back !
