We are coming back to you regarding our stay which did not go as we had hoped. Architect working in fashion, this hotel, on photos seemed perfect for us. What a disappoin**ent Contrary to the photos on the site, the hotel is poorly maintained, dirty and without privacy. (bathroom in front of the access to the car park). There is no air conditioning that works, no window that can be opened, no window in the room. What about the dirty installations, the floor full of residues, as well as the interior of the cupboards of the kitchen, and the sink of the toilets, (the solitary) No sink in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower The breakfast service requested by a simple open door (the only one) that we opened at 07:45, arrived at 09:15 It's a very bad experience for us, and we had no choice but to leave. We wrote message to the management, which remained unanswered. No professionalism, and no attention to customers. All of the nights paid in advance have been collected in full, however.
