The hotel location is very Interior and difficult to find without google or Map guidance. Bigger vehicles will find it difficult to reach. Mind that the room size is much much below average for the price we pay- plus leaking taps, lack of proper toiletries including bath towels adds to the woe. Breakfast is very much average and just looks like outsourced for the time being served in a meeting hall. Ambience is very poor too. Overall it's a tough call to digest the pinch on the pocket.

Casa inn is situated very close to city centre and good luxurious rooms they have . Stayed there for a day and had good experience with room luxury. But all the good part of the hotel is getting in toss because of some few staff due to their unprofessional attitude. Come across some one tall in hotel team who is having a bad attitude. It might be due to one staff but the service issues pushing me to give negative outlook.

As the name suggest Casa In is truly a Luxurious Endeavour that you can experience in the heart of Trivandrum City. A lot of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel experience. Be its a group of Friends or Family you get to enjoy the space ,luxury and the amenities that we find it hard to get in a normal room, Casa In allows us to unwind ourself in their retreat. Super friendly staff makes you feel at Home all the time and the location makes it easy to access to any part of Trivandrum. All Credit and Sincere Thanks to Mr. Gopi Gopkumar and his wonderful team of staff for their out standing service !!!
