Amazing apartment and facilities provided by Thess Residence. They staff are helpful and relaxed, you honestly feel looked after and certainly at home. The room we had was perfect for the 4 nights we stayed here. Everything was immaculate and clean. Bed was comfortable and the little sofa area was perfect for chilling out. On our check out day we had a late flight but the staff looked after our luggage so we could spend the day in Thessaloniki and picked up our bags later. We used the facilities in the communal area which were also clean and the TV area was somewhere to relax. Thess Residence have thought of everything for a stay home from home!

Great Location and excellent staff to serve. Only caution is bit hard to find and garage parking is not convenient.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks, we were greeted by the staff with smiles and a fantastic attitude, every question, every thing we needed they were more than willing to help. Even when the front desk was closed, a phone number was given and they answered and helped with everything. The hotel itself is super clean, modern and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The common room was a perfekt place for kids to play in. The hotel is really closed to the town center, 5 min walk to areas of cafes and restaurants, max 10 min walk to the main shopping streets. Around the corner of the hotel are supermarkets and small restaurants. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood in the evenings, but if someone prefers taking taxi, it is really cheap and close to the main places in the city. We usually go to “regular” hotels but next time I’ll go back to Thessaloniki , this is definitely the hotel!!!!

Stayed in room 101. Great all round: room, location, and all the staff. Cafes, restaurants, and sights are all within easy walking distance. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

We recently had a long stay at the ThessResidences. We came with a car. So upon arrival we were provided with a reservation at a nearby parking. Per 15 EUR they park your car any time you come and provide it you on a short request. We made a reservation of Thess Residence room. It had met our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, towels were replaced on daily basis and since we stays for more than 7 days the room was cleaned every 3 days. An atmosphere was very quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful. It provided us with all we needed, particularly Nikos. he helped us with great recommendation on spending our time out and promptly addressed any questions we had. His warm and friendly attention made us feel right great during our stay at Thessaloniki . Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing but fantastic. We'll definitely return back on our next visit to Thessaloniki.

We had an excellent stay for 2 nights in the Thess Residence. The room is clean and quiet. The hosts are helpful with access to them through whatsapp for questions while touring Thesseloniki. The place is convenient with bakery shops & resturants nearby, and walking distance to downtown.

Our staying was absolutely perfect. The staff was really friendly and always available. They made sure everyone had anything they might have needed. The rooms were clean and featured with useful items. It is also situated really close to the centre of the city, which makes it the best place to stay at if u want to visit Salonic. We definitely recommend Thess Residences to anyone who wants to experience Thessaloniki in the best possible way.
