Close to the beach
Only recommendation is that the sliding door to the pool needs to have a better lock for better security

Fourth floor no water pressure
Plumbing leaky under sink

ROOM
- Overall very happy with our room (i.e. Bedroom, Barrier-Free, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave).
- There are a few minor maintenance issues, however we really enjoyed our stay.
- Key instead of key card
- I recommend bringing your own beach bag, house slippers and robes, as these are not provided by the hotel
SECURITY
- Security monitors the property overnight.
- Very safe area
WHAT’S AROUND
- Fish Fry down the street
- A few minute walk to the beach
- Free bikes, gym, pool

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and we are so glad that we stayed at the Tides!!
The staff in the reception was so pleasant, helpful and always checking if we needed anything. The guys that took our chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day were the best!
We will definitely go back to Tides on our next trip !! The
location was perfect!! Thank you for the wonderful time!!
If I was to suggest something to better this place it would be to have accessibility to a BBQ grill. It would make our home meals so much easier.

Beautiful boutique hotel right next to the beach and only a few minutes drive to restaurants, groceries and shopping. It’s a quiet block and there is a restaurant next door. They have nice chairs on the beach and provide towels. The property itself does not have a restaurant. The room we had was huge, it had a big balcony and nice kitchen. Everything is almost brand new and the rooms come with a washer/dryer and they give you 1 pod for a load of laundry. They give you a few dishwasher pods as well. The kitchen comes with a nespresso machine and pods, tea, coffee machine, and toaster. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you want a great coffee, I recommend driving to Lemon 2 Go, it’s 5 min away. We also had a great dinner at the Mango Reef restaurant one night.

This is a great property with nice facilities. The beach is beautiful and only a 2 minute walk. The staff is very kind and attentive

We had a great stay at The Tides. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and short walk to the Thursday Night Fish Fry. Staff was friendly and responsive as well. I highly recommend The Tides!

We were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Plus they have a lot of nice extra touches - like water bottles next to the bed and in the frig.

The location is excellent. Easy access to beach and to the best restaurants. We loved that they supplied everything - laundry soap, water bottles, golf cart transport in case you didn't want to walk etc... the layout of the room was amazing! Since we stayed here at the end of our trip. I appreciated having a washer and dryer to clean our clothes before we headed home. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
