Fabulous fabulous gem of a hotel on the top of a mountain, views in every direction. Rooms super super quiet. Food delicious, drinks by the fire a highlight - beautiful ice cubes in the gin and tonics! jacuzzi/sauna was a real treat after walking 100k on the camino trail. Can’t fault this place!!

What a stunning boutique hotel this is matched by extremely welcoming staff. Be aware that this hotel is rural, proper rural, but that this is also part of its charm, very laid back, quiet, picturesque countryside and a beautiful infinity pool albeit not heated. The hotel is approximately 1.5hrs north of Seville which is perfectly placed to enjoy the stunning, not to be missed city. The owners of the hotel have certainly invested time and money in creating this retreat which ticks all the boxes for a relaxing stay. Our only other feedback would be that some creature comforts of many larger hotels are missing such as USB chargers in the rooms, mini bars, TV’s, ironing boards and tea/coffee making facilities but these did not detract us from all wanting to come back, it’s a special place!

My husband and I travel frequently and have now put this hotel on our list of “top 3” hotel stays in Europe!! The location of La Dehesa De Don Pedro invites tranquillity with its absolutely stunning decor and charming atmosphere both within the landscape, as well as thorough out the entire enclosure of the hotel. Our host (Jon Pierre) greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and he showed us around the property and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. He ensured that our stay was wonderful and personally took care of my special dietary needs for each of our DELICIOUS meals. The chef prepared an exquisite 3 course meal, and the breakfast was equally delicious and plentiful! Our room had the most beautiful views, especially at sunset…when we opened the window to the view, it was magical with the watercolor shades at sunset against the lavender garden! The room was impeccably decorated and had the most comfortable bed and included exceptional linens! Amenities included free parking, wifi, toiletries, multiple sitting areas inside and outside, an absolutely gorgeous pool overlooking a breath taking view of the countryside and mountains…with a bar area at the pool, including a gym to workout. The staff were all professional and friendly, too! I simply cannot say enough about this special hotel, and I encourage anyone looking for a place of beauty with incredible service to choose La Dehesa De Don Pedro!! It is a gem that will surely exceed your expectations as it did our’s. Thank you, Jon Pierre and staff for a most wonderful stay!

One of the most beautiful and serene hotels my husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at during our travels throughout Europe and the USA! This pristine countryside estate is impeccably decorated throughout the entire property and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and countryside! The pool area is surrounded by tranquility and provided us with a glorious sunset to enjoy while sipping on our Spanish wine we bought from the bar server at the pool. Our room had extremely comfortable bedding, quaint shutters with room darkening curtains, and wonderful toiletries provided, along with bathrobes and plush towels. The dining area offers incredible views, and dining options were thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. I have dietary restrictions due to allergies and being gluten free, and the manager of this hotel (Jon Pierre) ensured my safe dining by personally speaking with the chef once we arrived who then provided delicious food catered around my needs. Jon Pierre warmly welcomed us upon our arrival and immediately made us feel more like guests in a private home than a typically experienced “check in” guest at most hotels. I truly cannot cover in description with enough words of how beautiful this hotel is, and I highly recommend a stay here if you are seeking a wonderful experience in the most tranquil of settings! You will surely not be disappointed in your choice to stay and also dine here! They also host weddings here which must be dreamy for all attending!!

La cama, ropa de cama y almohadas, excelentes. El hotel espectacular. El personal encantador. El restaurante magnifico. Las estancias y salones de ensueño. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos con toda seguridad. Ideal para parejas. No puedo poner ni una falta.

Todo fantástico, Julia la chica de recepción, muy buena profesional. Por parte del servicio de comedor, buenos profecionales y cercanos, nos ayudaron a que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Damos las gracias a Fátima, una chica simpática y amable, lo mismo que todas las demás, Alicia, Ana, Sandra, y por supuesto a Antonio qu que nos hizo unas comidas excelente. Por nuestra parte Ana y Manuel, totalmente recomendable.

Vous recherchez la décompression, la détente, le bien être bref le bonheur ? N’allez pas plus loin, vous y êtes !! Le cadre fantastique et le personnel au petit soin vous enchante du soir au matin. Tout n’est que calme, luxe et volupté. Merci 🙏

Espectacular trabajo de restauración realizado en este antiguo cortijo: con muchísimo encanto, excelencia en el rediseño y muy buen gusto. Multitud de rincones deliciosos para descansar, leer, retomar La Paz…Zona de piscina sencilla y con enorme acierto. Jacuzzi y sauna como grab alternativa. Habitaciones perfectas: sencillas pero elegantes, camas …híper cómodas. El restaurante con un acertadisimo detalle rústico, vistas y una bastante adecuada cocina, carta sencilla pero correcta. Pero lo que especialmente hay que agradecer es la amabilidad de todos sus trabajadores: Joaquin, personal de cocina y de habitaciones. Pero desde luego destacaría lo excepcional del trato y calidad humana de: Alicia, Fatima y Javier en el Restaurante. Enhorabuena a sus propietarios (tuvimos la oportunidad de saludar a Cristina).
