Very nice of the hotel to fetch us from Tendo station, their email replies are very prompt too! This hotel is probably the tallest and biggest in Tendo. They help to make the bed too! Amazing buffet breakfast and Kaiseki dinner which I didn’t expect it! The view from the room is spectacular! Just one question is that not sure the 2kg rice that they gave us was expired haha but quite cute of a gift however too heavy for travellers! Overall love my stay here, beyond my expectations!

天童酒店很好，在山形縣旅遊，雖然山形縣銀山温泉更出名，但是很難訂，其中一天選了天童為了泡温泉。天童酒店服務、設施都很好，晚飯有山形牛壽喜鍋也很好吃。酒店位置方便。如果去山形縣玩，除了著名的銀山温泉和藏王，也推薦去天童放鬆一下。

因在羽田機場開車過來，想搵個中間站停停選擇天童市，天童市六點後水靜河飛，如果嗯嗯在酒店一拍兩食都不知食什麼但酒店食物水準太差了

從上飯店接駁車開始就展開了一場完美的入住體驗，飯店的view、設備都讓人驚豔，泡湯環境也很乾淨，會想再入住的飯店。

I stayed Yamagata for ski. I booked a room for family of 4. The tendo hotel is good in service. The concierge is helpful. The staffs are friendly. The Onsen is good and the open bath is amazing. The breakfast is buffet styles. The dinner is traditional japanese kaiseki style which is delicious and wonderful. The price is much more reasonable than staying in Zao or obanazawa which are too famous and overpriced. If you want to stay in Yamagata in between Zao and Obanazawa. I think Tendo hotel is really a good choice!

We stay at this hotel for visiting Ginsan Onsen. There is complimentary shuttle service at the train station ( delicious meal at the station ) . The staff are courteous and helpful. The room is large and Japanese style and the onsen is beautiful . There is lots of good restaurant around and convenience store too. Local snack and drink will be welcoming you and the morning breakfast is a must. Food are so authentic and delicious. I ate the most delicious chicken meat there. The view from the room will take your breath away !! The toilet in the reception is the best toilet I have been to in Japan !! ( sorry for photo as I forgot /to take ). Thanks for reading my review. This experience is 2nd time for us. Here is famous for the venue of Shogi match. Yes, Tendo is famous for the city of manufacturing Shogi battle piece, and here is most well-known hotel. You can see the history of matches so far. And these area are famous for hot spring as well, Tendo is one of them. But you can experience beyond your experience ever. That is they have really massive spa！You can enjoy a waterfall in spa outside by 10pm. My favorite one is breakfast！Very fresh food are provided, and among those my best one is fresh eggs. Recently, we can not enjoy fresh egg in hotel. That is we usually have cooked egg, ex. omlet, boiled and so on. Because egg is fresh, we can feel original taste of an egg！ I would recommend here, and I hope you have a memorial day here！ 天童は将棋の駒作りで有名な町で、中でもこの天童ホテルはタイトルマッチで有名です。 温泉もまた有名な街です。このホテルのお風呂はとても大きくて、露天風呂では滝を見ることができます。 私のお気に入りは朝食の新鮮な卵です。最近、ホテルの朝食で、これほど卵の味を感じることのできる朝食は覚えがありません。 天童ホテルをお勧めします、思い出の一日になることと思います。

とても良いホテルです サービスが良くおしぼりやお水の提供があり、18時までにチェックインした方にはウェルカムドリンクのサービスとたまこんにゃくが食べ放題でした。 また利用をしたいです

夕食の山形牛のすき焼きは美味しかったのですが、しらすご飯ではなく白米の組み合わせの方が個人的には良かったです。 ただ、朝のバイキングの料理が美味しかったので星3つにしました。

日式塌塌米的房間，雖然不習慣，但也是一種體驗。 酒店的餐點挺不錯的，溫泉也是一定要去體驗的，附近周邊機能算是不錯，值得推薦

天童ホテルは初めて宿泊しました。今回、母が高齢で足が不自由なため二人で温泉付き客室（バリアフリー対応）を利用しました。利用した客室は二年前にリニューアルされたこともあり、とても綺麗で広く、二人だと広過ぎて少し勿体無い感じもしましたが、やはり客室の温泉が何時でも入れるのがとても良かったです。 夕食は個室で山形牛すき焼き会席プランにしました。落ち着いた雰囲気の個室で美味しくいただきました。高齢の母としては量が多かったみたいでした。翌日の朝食は和洋中バイキングで、料理の品揃えがたくさんあり、食べたいもの全て食べることができなかったのが少し後悔です。 このご時世ですので接遇について色々と大変さはあると思いますが、その中でフロント・売店・夕食・朝食と、従業員の皆様の対応が親切丁寧で素晴らしく、また、館内は清掃の行き届いた綺麗なホテルと感じました。

お風呂とサウナがよし、滝見の露天は気持ち良い。泉質が素晴らしい。そしてご飯のレベル高い、朝のライブキッチンはすごい。

家族で宿泊しました。ロビーには玉こんにゃくのサービスがあり、おひとり様2個まででしたが、つい多く食べてしまうほど美味しかったです。まだ、部屋がとても綺麗でモダンな雰囲気が素晴らしいです、新しくできたラウンジが気に入りました。漫画がかなりの数置いてあり、ワイン、日本酒、コーヒー、紅茶やおつまみも置いてあり、時間を忘れてしまいます。スタッフも丁寧な接客で良い気持ちで宿泊できました。朝食バイキング素晴らしいです。特にシェフがその場で作ってくれるみたらし団子、大変美味しく頂きました。

料理も美味しく、温泉で疲れももとれました。冷やしシャンプーも体験できて満足です。お部屋も和洋折衷で良かったです。
