I do not no how to start but I will try and cover it all. It is very run down it has not survived Covid well. The jungle has taken back parts. The aircon does not work the hot water does not work. No food. The gym is wrecked and not useable the place is so dirty it may not have been cleaned for months. It has some Iguana moved in and run wild in the hallway. There is a smell of mold and generally it is just putrid!

La estadía que nosotros tuvimos no fue muy agradable. Cuando llegamos al check in, quisimos pagar con tarjeta y nos quisieron cobrar un recargo fuera de lugar. Después que nos recibieran con mala actitud en recepción, estuvimos perdidos buscando la habitación. Cuando quisimos utilizar las instalaciones, especialmente la piscina blanca, estaba sucia y fría, el hidromasaje, sauna y turco no estaban prendidos y aun no era de noche, y tampoco se pudo al día siguiente. La tina de la habitación tenía agua helada al igual que la ducha. Lo único bueno fue la habitación y el desayuno. Pero no lo recomendaría a menos que mejoren la atención y los servicios.

Buenas habitaciones ✅ Buenos precios ✅ Buen lugar para pasar en familia 10/10 ✅ Nos gusto mucho el ambiente y la atención que nos dieron desde el principio hasta retirarnos😊 La limpieza del hotel 10/10 Y súper rico el desayuno 🥞 Súper recomendado 👍🏻

Si quieres una opinión actual, les comparto mi mala experiencia: Mi viaje fue en familia, la infraestructura es grande, amplios parqueaderos y un hall de ingreso muy cómodo, sin embargo desde que llegamos al hotel el servicio del personal fue bastante regular, las habitaciones son grandes, pero eso deja de ser agradable cuando encuentras bichos muertos en varias partes de la habitación y la ducha demora como 10 minutos en calentar agua. Pero lo peor es en la noche, yo tenía una habitación con vista a la piscina, y las 2 noches que me hospedé tenían eventos en el hotel que incluía fiesta en la piscina. No existe control de parte del hotel en regular los horarios de las fiestas, por mas que me quejé con el Administrador no hizo nada, una noche pude descansar a la 1am. Y para variar, al siguiente día, el mismo parlante con música a las 7am! Si buscas descanso, este no es el lugar.
