Location and cleanness - super.
Services: the door to the bathroom was very tough, so tough that we did not manage to close it. Asked for help, engineer fixed something and it was a bit better, but still very hard to open and close.
We asked for daily housekeeping, but it was not done. We were forced to ask new towels urgently (need to take a shower fast to catch the next event).
Breakfast is average. It feels like everything except special menu is cooked somewhere and brought to the hotel - does not taste fully fresh. I have prepaid breakfast, but was charged for one (we stayed 2 nights). Now I am dealing with hotel to cancel this charge.
Very noisy fromplanes taking off and landing in Phoenix Sky Harbor.
As for amenities. They give you a pouch of lavender every evening and aromatic salt for shower - very nice.
Parking. When I booked it was stated $18 (+tax). In reality, it was $20+tax.
Honestly, for Marriott and 4 stars, this stay was in overall quite disappointing. I hope I will manage to fix my extra charges, but will think twice whether to book this hotel again.

I stayed at a hotel yesterday where the water supply was shut off from 10 PM to 6 AM. They never informed me during check-in. It wasn’t until midnight when I tried to shower that I discovered there was no water. When I called the front desk, they claimed they had “sent an email notification” and “placed a notice on the counter.” However:
1. The staff didn’t mention a single word about this during my afternoon check-in
2. The paper notice was extremely inconspicuous - A4 small print, no color highlights, and completely unnoticeable
3. The water didn’t actually resume at 6 AM as promised - I kept checking until 6:50 AM but there was still no water
4. This directly impacted my 7.30 AM meeting as I had no time to take a shower, even brush teeth!
5. The hotel’s passive notification method (hidden notice + uncommunicated email) constitutes negligent service!
Happy with the staff, travel alone and at night. Staff asked me to leave my car in check in area since I checked in at midnight and the parking garage was separate to the hotel. Area is generally safe but appreciated the thought.
