優點:性價比很高，同價位的後面住了其他酒店，真不如西摩孚。房間很整潔，雖然不是很大，但2個人夠用了。酒店的早飯相當豐富，可選擇的食物品種是真的不少！ 缺點:稍微離地鐵站遠了點，步行到地鐵站大概15分鐘吧！

酒店環境不錯，如果是去參展位置也很好。下次還會考慮

房間除了小點還可以，早餐中規中矩

I'm just wondering why housekeeping are not wearing uniform and they just wearing abaya ,as I know all housekeeping should proper wearing uniform

The hotel was not very good. The guests don't seem to be very important to the staff there. The rooms smelled bad, especially room 704. I had to change my room and was transferred to room 204. But the quality of the restaurant food was good and the rooms were clean and tidy. I stayed at this hotel twice and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It has good access to the city center as well as the Beyhaqi terminal and the metro station is five minutes away.

We booked at this hotel for wedding ceremony and also stayed there for a night. Such a pleasant experience, l would like to thank all the staff and manager for their effort and providing my family and I an outstanding experience. The staff were over friendly and the services was perfect. Definitely recommend it! Many thanks again and wish you all the best.

We came back to Simorgh after one month around iran as tourists and it felt like coming home. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nice room. Rooms below 6th floor seem larger. Pool operates 9-15 for Women and 16-21 for men. Conveniently located mid Town which makes it not too far from all sights (still 10km from tajrish) metro is 15mn away. In July 2019 rate was 47€/n.

Great location and a very clean hotel. Hotel food is above average so ok if one needs to eat in. Disappointed in the attitude and unhelpful demeanor of the day reception staff who seem to think they are doing a favour by giving you a room. I arrived early morning from the airport The helpful night shift asked me to wait until 8 am when the cleaners could clean a room and check me in. Day staff arrived at 8 am and told me with an attitude that no rooms were available. Later on they told me that a room could be made available if I pay an extra 50% of the daily rate. Not going there again

Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh

Simorgh is generally a good hotel with great history behind it. Sadly I’ve been staying here for the past 4 days and was able to take only ONE single mediocre shower during my stay. The hotel has a clear plumbing problem. I booked their best suite, the royal suite. Disregarding the fact that the images I was sent do not reflect the reality of the suite, the suite was actually spacious and nice. Problems started as soon as I tried to take a shower. Water pressure was very low that it took me 40 minutes to take a shower that left me so unsure of my own personal hygiene that I googled nearby public baths. After several complaints, I was moved to another suite (I had to pack and carry my own things from one suite to another at 1:a.m). Similar in size but with more problems. Low water pressure and no hot water and a very noisy AC UNIT that kept me up all night. I complained about it to the front desk and they seemed so helpless and annoyed and told me that all rooms were like that. Long story short, I’m packing now and moving to Espinas Palace hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran. Such a shame.
