Hotel Aivani Old Tbilisi

Very nice.

My recent stay at Aivani Hotel in Tbilisi was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this establishment falls far short of its claimed standards. The list of issues was endless – the service was terrible, the hairdryer was non-functional, the TV and AC were both inoperable, and even the phone in our room didn't work. To make matters worse, the lack of attention to detail was evident everywhere. Despite booking for two guests, we were provided with only two slippers, leaving us with no slippers for the bathroom. This oversight is simply unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hotel's lack of concern for guest comfort. I can honestly say that this was the most disappointing experience of my entire life. It's shocking that in a supposedly 4-star establishment, nothing seemed to function properly. Even the basics were sorely lacking, and the overall experience was more reminiscent of a budget hostel than a hotel of any caliber. For anyone considering staying at Aivani Hotel, I strongly advise against it. This is not the place to find the comfort and quality that one would expect from a 4-star hotel. It's a regrettable experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Terrible doesn't even begin to describe it – it's an absolute nightmare.

Simply I would not recommend this ancient hotel ti anyone. This is my second time and it can not be compared to musium hotel when I was first time there. Bad smell is the worst thing you will regret about this hotel and impollite staff just say we can not help you and don't even feel sorry for you. Think twice if you choose this hotel.
