We like to explore uncontaminated areas of Italy, and we came across this wonderful location by chance and we fell in love with it! The hotel is beautiful and it has old the facilities and services one may required. We took advantage of the bakes available for the guest to explore the surrounding. Nice choice of vegetarian dishes and amazing food over all. We will definitely come back asap. Cheers from Belgium

Had a 12 o'clock reservation, still 1:30pm and we are waiting in the hallways. No offer of a beverage or explanation of what the waiting is for. Poor customer service, won't come back here. Unfortunately the area being Sunday it's busy ,if not i would leave.

Giornata di coppia immersi nel verde della Sila. Abbiamo provato la spa, il massaggio e la nuova jacuzzi con vetrata sul bosco. Personale gentile e professionale, ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli, il tutto circondato da una natura meravigliosa! Stra consigliato per chi vuole staccare dal caos e rigenerare corpo e mente!

Sono stata più volte in questa struttura sia per pranzare che per il percorso spa e piscina vista bosco. Nel cuore della Sila Piccola, è il luogo adatto per famiglie e coppie che vogliono dedicarsi ad escursioni nei percorsi tracciati dal CAI e a rilassarsi tra i pini loricati. Per chi vuole concedersi qualche ora piacevole e di benessere, consiglio il pacchetto con i massaggi e l'accesso alla spa, molto suggestiva quando nevica. L'ultima chicca è la jacuzzi immersa nel bosco: unica nei percorsi wellness!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia per il ponte dei morti nel mese di Novembre. Accoglienza ed organizzazione al TOP atta a soddisfare ogni bisogno. Il personale è stato fantastico, gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Come pure le ragazze della Spa dove ti coccolano e ti mettono a disposizione vari trattamenti per il corpo. La camera era pulita e spaziosa con una vista immersa nella pineta che vale il viaggio. Torneremo sicuramente...GRAZIE MILLE

abbiamo prenotato un day use in questa magnifica struttura, siamo stati accolti gentilmente, e accompagnati nella nostra camera, abbiamo passato una meravigliosa giornata fra piscina riscaldata al coperto, massaggi “meravigliosi” e infine ma sopratutto nella fantastica saletta con la jacuzzi. all’una ci siamo recati al ristorante per pranzare, e che dire, TUTTO SPETTACOLARE, sopratutto la cura ******ale del maître, grazie a tutto lo staf della reception per averci seguito passo passo, regalandoci così una giornata di relax stupenda. ci rivedremo presto

Posizione perfetta, relax e tranquillità assicurati. Il personale è accogliente e molto gentile. Qualche riserva sulle competenze di alcuni camerieri. Cibo buono, servizio a tratti confusionario. Avremmo gradito soprattutto dessert più artigianali poiché la sapienza culinaria in questi luoghi è solitamente alta. Colazioni abbondanti tra dolce e salato con ottimi pancake e crepe (dettaglio non trascurabile) ma assenza di torte homemade (vedi sopra) e ahimè yogurt terminati per ben due mattine. Per un 4 stelle è poco accettabile. La presenza di una piccola ludoteca garantisce svago ai più piccoli e maggior relax ai genitori. Da rivedere il percorso che dalla struttura porta alla zona Wellness, è troppo freddo e va a vanificare il tempo piacevolmente trascorso in piscina e sala massaggi. Digitale Terrestre non perfettamente funzionante. Struttura Doccia stanza da rivedere. Ottima pulizia. Plus: particolarmente apprezzata l’attenzione al Green! Bravi Suggerimento: via le piante finte e facciamo entrare quanto di vero e bello il territorio circostante offre. Nel complesso soggiorno piacevole e positivo. Ci ritorneremo.
