Not a place to travel for business
Parking was hard to access, room was small, did have a nice gas fireplace, desk was small, TV was in a weird cabinet, bed was comfortable, room service was really good, no phone in room - had to text a central number that was never responsed to.
I suppose if you are looking for an experience - this may be it.

Terrible. This hotel is tired. Floors not flat - Creek when you walk around. Shower head green and grey with scale. The night attendant locked herself out and she banged on our window at 1:30 in the morning to get back in because there are not electronic locks on the building...needs a total refresh. Parking lot was a mud pit.

Checking in and checking out was simple and easy. The onsite restaurant and bar are great. Really good food and drinks and they always have a really good entertainment. The front desk is always helpful. They remember my name and are ready any time my fiance and I stay there. It’s my favorite place in Taos.

We loved our stay. The live music was a highlight. The room was very cute and comfortable.
The only negative was the pipes made an intermittent high pitched noise that made it hard to sleep he first night. The noise didn’t continue the second night.
We would highly recommend it.

The CUTEST hotel! I heard that rooms on the lobby can be loud so I was thankful we were in the courtyard. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The nightly music was wonderful. The food in the restaurant was delicious!!!! I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again the next time I visit Taos!

We were in room 115. It was not as nice as indicated on the website for a queen room. It was cold. Staff provided a supplemental heater that brought room temp up to comfortable after about three hours. The bathroom never warmed up. The bathroom is in need of a major makeover- shabby and old. The mirror is so high that my wife could not utilize it.

The hotel is wonderfully historic and can’t beat the location. I had a unique situation occur where I needed to change rooms and the staff were very helpful and empathetic to my situation. It was on a weekend with a fully booked hotel, and they made it work for me - finding a better suited room. I had dinner the first night there and the food was very good and the live music there in the bar/lounge area makes for a cozy atmosphere.

Lovely place and super nice staff. We were just super cold at night with no warm blankets. Maybe ask ahead but other than that would recommend.

Our stay at the Taos Inn was wonderful. Our room was so lovely and cozy. We built a fire in the kiva fireplace and it was so beautiful! Can't wait to stay there again! Thank you!
