Rất sạch sẽ.. rất thích hồ bơi.. cung cấp nhiều khăn tắm trong phòng và hồ bơi rất hữu ích. Ít lựa chọn hơn cho thực phẩm nhưng tốt. Chúng tôi thực sự rất thích căn phòng.

Tình trạng điều hòa không khí kém và không hoạt động tốt. Bố mẹ tôi phàn nàn rằng không khí hơi mát mẻ. N*** cả sau khi họ được lựa chọn chuyển sang phòng thứ hai. Vẫn xảy ra sự cố điều hòa. Nhìn chung, trải nghiệm đêm không mấy thú vị ở khách sạn này.

Đáng giá từng xu! Nơi đẹp và thoải mái để ở. Chắc chắn sẽ trở lại!

Khách sạn rất sôi nổi và được bảo trì tốt! Các nhân viên rất tốt bụng và thân thiện. Bạn cảm thấy như ở nhà. Vị trí này cũng rất tuyệt vời vì nằm giữa Batu Ferringhi và Georgetown. Tuy nhiên một số điều có thể cải thiện. Bữa sáng thiếu đa dạng. Nước vào bồn tắm cũng không nóng lắm và nhà vệ sinh đã bị tắc từ ngày chúng tôi đến. Mình đã phải gọi 2 lần mới được bỏ chặn mà vẫn không sửa được Nhìn chung đó là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời

The Good Stuff The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with subtle jazz elements that gave it character without being over the top. I had a great night’s sleep thanks to the comfy bed and blackout curtains. The views from the upper floors, especially at sunset, are gorgeous. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight—perfect for a quiet dip or just lounging while taking in the city and sea views. The gym next to it was clean and well-maintained too, though not massive. Service & Atmosphere The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick, and housekeeping was consistent. The jazz-inspired theme throughout the hotel added a nice artistic touch, though it would’ve been cool to have a bit more live music or events to really bring it to life. Minor Drawbacks While the hotel is in a good spot, it’s not directly in the heart of the action—you’ll need a short drive to get to George Town or Batu Ferringhi. Also, parking can get a bit tight during peak hours. Final Thoughts Jazz Hotel Penang is a solid choice for travelers who want a sleek, relaxing stay with a unique personality. It’s not perfect, but it hits a lot of high notes and I’d happily stay again. Rating: 4/5

The stay was so enioyable. Everything was massive. The room, the bathroom, even the parking lot. Recommended!such a pleasent stay❤️

The room is cleanliness and have china TV show have swimming pool and pool bar at the roof top and small Gym room. The worker all are friendly. With ready bath boom and ready shampoo .

Check in: simple Parking: Provided, rmb to bring your tng/cc card at the check in counter for validation. Room: is decent, there is a drip of coffee stain on the dressing table tho. Toilet is huge and clean. Amenities: standard, iron can be requested. Special: one bath bomb is provided. Overall is a good stay, near to the beach.

Staffs are very helpful n friendly. Spacious room n toilet. My kids enjoy the big bathtub n the complimentary bath bomb. The breakfast choice are very limited but delicious❤️

Great clean hotel. Rooms are clean and comes with amenity including toothbrush. Location is good and near to Lotus. A walk across to McDonald.

Convenience store ,, super market (lotus) n few restaurants just downstairs CON : Room not so soundproof .. i can here children running n playing outside The view facing other residents Pillow a bit to hard for me
