Long check in lines, dirty and old hotel. TV wouldn’t turn off all night, front desk takes their phones off the hook so you can’t call down for help.

Typical no frills Holiday Inn. Near airport. Served its purpose for one night. No complaints. Nice outside pool. Business hotel in style and location.

What would have improved my stay, If Staff/Employees would adhere to the own contracts, agreements, & customer service request. 1st:. I had to request Towels sets, Pillows over 3xs during my stay before finally receiving them Next Day, Hours Later. 2nd: Day 2 of my stay No Hot Water in my Shower & I had a timely event to get to, had to go back down to front desk to try & resolve. 3rd: Room Keys Never Worked properly during my stay. My room was located all the way at the end of the hallway away from elevators. I had to walk up/down hallways back & forth to front desk more than 4xs resulting in 3 different sets of keys being issued. Came in late one night, had to wake my mother up just to get in my room, because it did not work, again. Hot Tub Never got Hot at All. Thought I chose good stay for my family, boy was I wrong! I Do Not Recommend: -If you have a Elderly Family Members w/Disabilities. -If you want to take a Hot Shower. -If you want the Hot Tub to be Hot! But do stay here if you are big on counting your steps for weight loss, I am sure I lost a few pounds with all that walking back & forth, up/down to the front desk!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating. We liked having a restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious. We liked the location of the hotel; it was walkable to shopping.

Sewer pipe water kept gurgling and backflowing into my toilet (room 323) the entire time I was there. It was so much water it would loudly gurgle and then spray out of the bowl onto the toilet seat and floor. This happened throughout the night and woke me up several times. This was very unsanitary and made it difficult to sleep.

I did not find on the app that there was no pick up at the airport after 10. I booked this hotel because it had airport transportation. I use a scooter. When I got up to check in desk the woman ignored me Apparently she was helping someone but she never acknowledged I was there Then she gave me the key but did not make it clear how to use the elevator. And there was no one to help me with my luggage etc to my room I was charged $10 for parking. I want it refunded t I don't have a car!!! I told the woman at the desk last night the charge quoted wasn't right She never said there was a charge for parking

All was fine with hotel…location great for airport travel. That said, their airport shuttle is useless. Not reliable as it fills up with other hotel pick ups first (even though you have to reserve a spot just to get on the shuttle). I suggest using Uber or Lyft to get to the airport even if, like I, you are not in a rush.

My complaint was obtaining my receipt. I stayed there a week ago, I still don’t have it. I happen to be in town tomorrow so I’m going to the hotel to pick it up because they had problems. Emailing I called them four times to get the receipt I never received it.
