The Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Tampa

Upon arrival, checking in was smooth and pleasant. Room was very clean, comfortable beds. Nice shower, strong pressure. Would recommend and would definitely stay again! Glad we chose this hotel 😊

Hotel is inside a corporate center my room had a view of offices and the parking for 14$ is terrible and far from hotel front desk. Get prepared to walk and valet is not worth money and filthy dusty lamp shades and tops of desks

Flying out of Tampa early we chose to stay near the airport however airport shuttle not running at the time we needed to leave

We got in late, after midnight and the hotel drop off area was filled with parked cars with no way to get thru and no one in sight. The person at check in was not helpful and he was rude and didn’t seem to care. Unfortunate, but true.

I thought this was going to be a treat to stay at but it wasn't. Be advised that the airport shuttle doesn't start until 6 am. That is not advertised as such. Our room looked out at empty offices. I would not stay here again.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Phone kept ringing and security guard mumbled that someone would be back soon

Proximity to the airport and different ballparks was good. The bathrooms were outdated and overly bright hallway lighting would seep into the room at night.

We stood one night and absolutely will stay again. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Check in was lovely except the person who check us didnt realize we paid for breakfast when we paid. The next morning we attempted to get breakfast and had to pay so my husband had to go back to the front desk to show proof and then were given a voucher.... The walls are thin and we could hear our loud neighbors but that's not the hotel's fault. You will park behind the hotel and want to park on the 2nd level only. Signs are limited or not comprehendable. We were lost for several minutes. You will go thru the doors into the hotel. Then find the elevator to the your floor. Look for signs that say hotel guests only. If you park first, you'll want to go to the lobby and then check in. There is a great place to eat within the hotel. I think it was $25 per person for buffet breakfast or you can buy a normal breakfast. They have a grab and go stand as well. They have a bar area as well. Someone is at the front desk and/or available 24/7 which is also nice. As far as my room, it was certainly clean to my standards.

The outside of the hotel is a bit outdated, however; the inside was very nice and clean. The hotel layout in the suite was very spacious and clean. The only feedback I have was regarding the bathroom shower. The water started to fill up in the shower. I called the front desk, it took a while for someone to come up to take a look. When they did some up, the guy looked at it and said he fixed it but it was not fixed. I'm assuming there may have been hair and other bodily matters stuck in the drain which made taking a shower feel uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all. Going forward, they should check to ensure the drains are unclogged after each guest.
