I stayed at this hotel on business as it was central to all of the locations I needed to visit including the airport.
I was a little disappointed that the airport shuttle didn't run 24/7 so I had to Uber to the airport which was unusually expensive.
Overall, the front desk staff was very attentive and welcoming. The hotel itself was in need of some TLC. Felt like maintenance in general was lacking and the room was in need of a good deep cleaning / updates.
All of the furniture was damaged and worn, wallpaper in the bathroom buckling from moisture and just not an overall "clean" feel.
Was ok but definitely not great.

I was there for 2 nights, on the second day, i left my room at 9:30AM and cam back at 10:30Pm and for my surprise the room wasn’t cleaned.
And when i checked in i enter the room and found out that the room is in a corporate office, and had no privacy and no natural light, i asked the front desk to change the room, they didn’t do anything about it and were very rude

I really like the waterfalls and all the extra lounge areas to relax or work on your laptop. The bar staff is great!

Not friendly at all. Manager and staff are not well equipped to deal with customers. Would not stay here again.

Amber was excellent at the front desk. The safe, the toilet and the phone in our room didn’t work but the staff was prompt to fix it. The ice machines were broken on several floors.
Being on the second floor, our windows faced the atrium, and we could see all the offices on the other side, which was very awkward. It would’ve been better if the window into our room was tinted. We had no privacy, we had to keep the blinds shut the whole time.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Westshore Grand. The property is beautiful and is located a short distance from downtown Tampa and Raymond James Stadium. Our guest room was very comfortable and quiet. The sit down and grab-and-go breakfast options were both very good, and all staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice. It doesn't look like the photos, especially the pool. The pool was ice cold (not heated), and was run down. The bar was a nice add-on, parking was easy, and hotel room was average.

Room was nice, linens great. Paper products cheap, bath sink very high so if you’re short, it’s difficult to use. Coffee maker hard to use and/ot not working properly. No movie premium channels at all.

The hotel shows signs of low maintenance. For instance, tables were chipped, carpets had holes, comforters were worn and torn, and the air conditioning vents were covered in dust, which affected my allergy . I was unable to sleep during my stay and left the hotel feeling sick. The front desk staff was kind enough to assign me to another room but it was not much better than the last.
