The hotel is not bad, but the room is too small. Breakfast was very upset. I was counting on a good breakfast, but I got a small children's portion. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and service in the hotel. If it were 30 percent cheaper, there would be no questions

A good small hotel in a tranquil neighborhood near the huge park. All was great except the aircon, the control panel was broken and it was making some churning noise randomly.

Very decent small hotel; good value. A bit outside of town (20-30 min from city center in foot; it's not much, but Tallinn is otherwise a very small town). 5 minutes from the airport by taxi; 30 minutes on foot from the ferry pier from Helsinki.

Room not that large but enough for a night sleep, and the price is reasonable.

房間太小，沒有熱水壺和桌子，不是很方便，後來在前台借了一個熱水壺

Останавливалась в этом отеле уже 3 раз и этим всё сказано. Чисто, комфортно, тепло, уютно. Очень благожелательные люди на ресепшн. Очень удобные матрасы, подушки. Есть чайник в номере. Завтрак не большой, но очень вкусный и в отличной подаче. Можно завтракать и на улице. Расположение, рядом парк Кадриорг и остановка трамвая в центр. Единственный нюанс это то что в некоторых номерах окно может не открываться. И это действительно важно

本人因航班問題要臨時在愛莎莉亞找尋酒店住宿一晚，但這個決定令我有一個不愉快的晚上，首先我是晩上八点多到達長途巴士站，這間酒店位置偏僻離車站要30分鐘步行，其後到達酒店後服務員首先俾了房咭我便向我收錢！我向他說已在Trip.com付款，他再複查後才確認不用付款。但我進入房間後覺得和Trip.com所敘述房間設備及照片的房間不一樣沒有書枱及坐椅連最基本的電水煲及水杯都设有，我便跟他反映但那服務員說是這樣没有，如果我不喜歡可以取消，但這時已是晚上九時外邊下着大雪和零下負五度，我那可以找到另外一個住宿地方，在無可奈何下唯有接受，而Trip.com評迼間酒店評為四星，簡直實在太過分，根本和hostel沒有分別所以我一定不會推薦我的朋友住這間垃圾酒店如果旅客們要選擇者地方要慎重考慮。

Путешественникам, остановившим свой выбор на этом отеле следует иметь в виду, что есть номера, в которых окна не открываются совсем (глухое остекление). При бронировании оставляйте пожелание о том, чтобы окна в номере были полноценными. Класс номера при этом будет стандартным.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent cleanliness, the bed was superb but there was a lack of experienced service staff. Apart from Edward on reception, all other staff seemed bothered when asked for assistance. Staff need to be friendlier and more accommodating.

I have stayed here several times as it is very convenient for visiting relatives in Kadriorg. The hotel is also good value and, as a single traveller, the small rooms are not a problem. One minor gripe though - for some reasons kettles have been removed from the rooms so it is no longer possible to enjoy tea/coffee in the room, which is rather disappointing.

Thank you for the cosy and friendly visit. The best smell of coffee at the cafe in front of the reception desk! We will come to visit your hotel again. Our stay was short this time, but next time we would like to visit your restaurant, which is located on the first floor.

Very nice clean and modern hotel. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast service was very good. Walking distance to the old town. Couple of small issues.. Didn't see a house keeper during our stay. Rooms were very hot and stuffy (Room 505). Not a lot of storage for clothes. Never the less I would stay again if I returned to Estonia

We booked it via their homepage because it was cheaper than all the other hotelbooking platforms. The rooms very very nice and had compfy beds. Smart-Tv and good bathrooms. Parking either on the street (depends which time you are there - there is a fee hourly to a certain time) or they have one or two spaces in the parking garage next to them. Breakfast is included and you can choose what you want from a menu.
