Excellent and attentive service. Bright rooms. Just feels like at home. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel Tien Hsiang Lo is a must try. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are also great.

Landis Taipei Hotel is a really top tier 5 star hotel that in my opinion goes all out for best in class hotel experience. The huge bathtub in my room is from Kohler, and the shower head from Hansgrohe. The room itself is big enough to lay out my luggage. Only concern is transportation options. While the hotel is situated right in front of a bus stop, the buses don't come frequently. Hence, public transportation via buses is sometimes a hit or miss. And the hotel is not near to a MRT station in my experience. Overall, I have a wonderful stay in Taipei and would gladly recommend it to friends.

The hotel is under renovation outside during my stay. Overall the location is great. Park the car beside the hotel, just leave the key to the security guard as they might need to move the car as this car park couldn't;t accommodate too many cars, therefore all the cars is double park. The room is nice but I felt that the double bed is too small, it will be if they consider to change to King Size.

The hotel was well located and the room side and amenities adequate. However, there is room for improvement. On the evening we checked in, we found there was smoke scent in the room even though we specifically requested a non-smoking room and rooms were poorly found proofed. Another point to note check-in and check-out times are set at 3pm and 11am. Also, no toiletries / amenities are provided in common with other similar hotels in Taipei.

First time staying in this hotel and I had a wonderful stay! I got my room upgraded, and although there was bit problem with the toilet but the staff was very responsive!

Location is great and room was nice. Only thing lacking were amenities but will stay here again.
