Khách sạn tọa lạc tại vị trí thuận tiện gần Ga Đài Bắc và các địa điểm nổi tiếng như Tây Môn Đình. Khi chúng tôi đến Hoa Liên và Đài Trung trong chuyến thăm, vị trí rất quan trọng đối với chúng tôi. Khách sạn còn có phòng tập thể dục, phòng tắm hơi và bồn tắm nước nóng đặc biệt cũng như nhà hàng Trung Quốc được trao sao Michelin danh giá.

Vị trí tốt và giường rất thoải mái. Điều duy nhất tôi không thích là nội thất khá cũ như rèm cửa cần được thay mới.

Sheraton Taipei has been a choice of hotel when traveling to Taipei. Friendly and helpful staff who are always there when you need assistance. Room is clean and big. Train station is just near the hotel making it easy to commute.

Excellent services and free upgrade while we checked in early. Very nice hotel close to the Taipei station.

My recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The location is very convenient. The hotel itself is showing a little bit aging. Room is tidy and clean.

The same excellent service and hospitality as the first time I was here in the late 80s when it was still the iconic Lai Lai Sheraton. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday memorable with the extra arrangements. Special mention goes to Ellen and the front desk team for taking great care of us.

Location was great-Very well connected with MRT just in front of the hotel . The concierge was very helpful in recommending day trip taxi to Yehliu etc. Breakfast spread  was average with some hits and misses . Liked the soy milk but would have been nice to have the dough stick to complete the offering . Overall excellent stay

We extended our stay due to the earthquake at hualien Love the quality of the breakfast spread.

The front desk employee did not listen to client’s complaints.
