Very pleasant stay at grand Hyatt Manila. Friendly staff and good in room dining. Spacious room and the breakfast options are delicious.

King size bedroom is very big and clean. Outside of 41th floor landscape is stunning! Chinese restaurant on 5th floor is absolutely delicious.

It was a great venue to stay!!! I will come back in the next time in Manila.

The staffs are the epitome of hospitality. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist and to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special kudos to the concierge team for their excellent assistance

The room was huge and elegantly designed. The room includes Balmain lotion and body wash. Will definitely go back!

Front office is amazing and attentive. Grand Hyatt and the Peak is an experience in itself. Every room has a bath tub and the hallway, lift smell really good. Not also as crowded as the likes of Savoy/ Belmont. Bar bites in The Peak is also yummy, highly recommended is their Negroni.

Beautiful hotel but completely dated - rooms could do with a refresh with scratched and work surfaces. In addition, you are staying at a premium hotel and yet they lock up their shampoo/conditioner amenities when really you should be getting your own. Service was subpar with a lot of waiting around… multiple decisions made without consulting one another so got frustrating at times.

Perfect location, clean bedding, comfortable clean rooms. Room service was exceptional. Location is prime.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt. It was well located in BGC and within working distance to restaurants, cafes etc. The pool area was well done and the gym well maintained.

The location is great, located in the BGC area, it was a block away from our favorite shops. We wish to see more vegan options in the breakfast buffet. They used to have Green Monday and more vegan dishes in their menus. Sad to know they only have the vegan burger left. The room smelled clean, which was a big factor for us. We also did electronic checkout which was very convenient. Would love to stay there again!
