we had a great day. The desert scenery was great. The service of the hotel was also excellent, supervisor Parshabth provided us with excellent service in the hot summer, and the chef Pawan prepared a delicious breakfast, which was carefully paired with delicious food for my kid.

This hotel is in an amazing and unique location, looking at the stunning Liwa desert, where the movie Dune was filmed. I’m pleased to inform you that the rooms are actually better looking than the images on booking websites. There are a few short comings though: the activities are limited compared to other hotels (could be the hotel being brand new at the time of my stay), while the staff are very kind, sometimes it takes multiple calls to the reception to get something done. Overall, at around 300USD per night, this hotel is THE best bang for the buck you can get for a room of this class.

酒店地理條件優越，感覺大漠深處的美景，房間設施齊全很新，服務人員熱情，配套的遊樂設施不多，免費提供的有4輛自行車（整個酒店），我們5個人不夠用，泳池6點多關閉，感覺應該晚一點，其餘活動均要收費，滑沙100迪，看駱駝80迪，沒有騎駱駝，沒有沖沙，沒有看鷹，沒有其他小動物，反正住兩天有點無聊，建議自帶滑沙板。

這家酒店就如它的圖片一樣讓人充滿期待，它的位置優秀，讓人完全置身於沙漠中，是絕佳的欣賞日落日出的地點。但是，它的服務和設施絕對稱不上合格，在我的經歷中，員工都很友善，但是他們難以回應客人的需求。第一，我透過Room Dining服務要了一份Shawarma,和一份黎巴嫩雞肉，服務員用時超過50分鐘才送達，跟承諾的30分鐘相距甚遠。第二，送來的餐食不是我點的shawarma, 而是 salmon,為此我兩次聯絡酒店餐廳處理，並等候超過兩小時（從8pm 到 10pm），沒有任何員工與我聯絡，並糾正錯誤，最後我不得不為此付出時間和金錢。第三，第二天我向接待處說明此事，無得到解釋和道歉。他們承諾透過電郵解釋，但是也沒有兌現。 如果你需要使用車輛運送行李，或者來往villa和lobby，根據我的經驗，請預留10-20分鐘，你也可以步行，但是要忍受烈日和高溫，或者寒冷。 泳池水比较邋遢，有垃圾。 整體來說，我願意再次前往這個地方，但是這個度假村的服務是它最大的遺憾。

值回票價，閉眼來

Espectacular. Increíble el lugar, parece una película. Las instalaciones preciosas, la piscina y barbacoa, la cama, la presión de la ducha, la televisión interactiva, todo. Merece la pena cada céntimo que vale. Por no hablar del personal. Súper atento, pese al inconveniente de no saber nosotros inglés. Un 10, de verdad.

新開的酒店，服務很好，設施也非常棒，位於沙漠裏風景很好，衹是活動項目有限，如果想要體驗沖沙之類的暫時都沒有，建議儘快完善
