We stayed for 2 nights & we had a pleasant experience. The staff were accommodating & the breakfast buffet was superb. This hotel is highly recommended.👍👍👍

Location is quite far from central BGC but SM Aura is just beside hotel. Easy to get food and grocery. Room is big for 2 person but it does not provide iron. Bedsheet does not change everyday as well.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We stayed with our furbaby, and we appreciate how truly the hotel is pet friendly. Giving 4 stars for the amenities as unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. All staff are helpful, friendly, and approachable. The breakfast was ok, too. Will definitely book here again with our furbaby.

The hotel location is near to shopping mall and it is just 3 min walk to the mall. The staff of hotel provide excellent service which always prioritize the needs of customer. We had tried the spa of hotel also and that is really good for massage that we ever had before.

The staff are friendly, room is clean and tidy. Free Coca Cola but only on first day regardless of how long the stay is. Room for improvement for breakfast buffet. Lacking in variety and too salty

The staff is very accommodating and they are very helpful also the room is very nice and clean we already booked here a couple of times. We enjoyed staying here always

Room is spacious, tidy and complete with necessities we need for our stay. The location is perfect. We are attending a conference in SM Aura and we could have not find a better hotel. It's super convenient.

The service and the people working there are so great. The room is great. The food is also very delicious. Also try out the restaurant Tea for Two that is on the ground floor. If only the one thing the can be better is for the rooftop pool. You need a voucher to use this. So dont forget to ask for this before using it. Or else you can go all the way down again to ask for this.

Real value for money. Close to BGC high Street. Room size was big comparatively to other hotels in the area. Easy check in process. Front desk and other staff are kind and helpful. Decent break fast. Would recommend the place, if u don't mind a short walk to high street.

This is a great hotel for a night or two when transferring to the islands. The breakfast is average and I don’t really know what amenities they have. The hotel a stone throw away from High Street.
