I like the location and features of the hotel (room). However, one elevator was down for service the entire week. This made for long waits and crowded elevator rides. Only 2 elevators. The housekeeping service is very slow. I could leave the room at 9-930AM and return at 3 or 4 pm and no service. I tired of waiting and just deferred housekeeping. Lucky I was solo and the room was stocked with lots of towels 4 or 5 I believe enough for my 6 night stay. Parking was odd. Lots of special reserved spot near the front of the lot for no purpose. I just used them, everyone else ignored the dumb signs. Food service was good but quality average and very expensive for what you got. I just drove to IHOP. Would I stay again, maybe if the price was right.
