It really feel like home, this is the best hotel out of the four hotels I stay in the trip. It is value for money for this price, access to shopping, eating & place of attraction is also easy. This will be my only choice now whenever I come to Suzhou again.

Check in process was fast for 10 of us, good room size for a family, staff Xiao Yang was helpful, will stay again next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Somerset Emerald City. The location is excellent as it’s situated next to a mall and several pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants and food options. We also appreciate that the staffs here are very helpful and friendly. We would like to commend both Connie & Amy for being of great assistance to us. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one with your great service.

The room is very clean and spacious. Bathroom towels are fresh from the laundry and water pressure is strong and good. Buffet breakfast has sufficient variety but is payable at a small price. The hotel is located in town, a bit further from the cluster of places of interest. There is a shopping mall downstairs but we liked the shopping street besides the hotel which also has many eateries.

We got upgraded from 40sqm room to 70sqm room by Connie and Yuki and truly appreciate it. Coco too was very friendly and provided us information on where to go in Suzhou. We truly enjoyed our stay there

Great location and service. In particular, Amy at our check-in was very accommodating. We had a great time.

The reception manager Ms. Connie was super service oriented. She arranged the extra bed for my child and got us a nice quiet room. When I asked for other assistance, she went the extra mile to fix it. Her colleague on the same shift was very helpful too ( did not get her name though). Big thank you to Connie and her colleagues. Now I can see why there are so many long staying guests in this hotel despite its age, the hotel staffs provide the edge over other service apartments in Suzhou New District.

Nice place, Around have a lot of shopping malls. A lot of nice food nearby. Not bad.

We booked several nights at this hotel then kept adding more! It’s like a house! Such a lovely room right in the middle of a shopping mall with great western food all around. Value for price was fantastic! Will definitely stay again when in Suzhou!

Great place hubby and i always stay here when we’re in SND.The reception staff can speak some English.Good location there’s a supermarket in the Emerald City mall and a whole lot of shops and restaurants nearby!

The hotel allowed us to do an early check in. The room was clean , huge and had everything we needed. Breakfast was okay . The hotel gave us an umbrella as it was raining.

Had a fantastic time at the hotel impeccably clean room, comfy bed, and top-notch service. Ideal location too. Highly recommend!
