Basic hotel but very expensive. I wasn’t expecting the room to be that standard, no bathtub, no bathrooes, amenities 3/10. No swimming pool, but the website is showing that they do have a swimming pool. Please do not stay here. Also the staff weren’t that good. Loved the rooftop restaurant/ bar but their menu is limited.

Avoid staying here as major renovations underway all around this hotel including this one! Swimming pool is gone as is rooftop bar advertised being converted hence some of the noise. Says starts at 10am but as i write at 0730hrs the compressors have just began and shouting and noise begins for the day! Tried to talk with manager who was not interested at all, asked about swimming pool as was advertised and they did not understand what issue was not having pool. Aside from that and a manager staff have been great and breakfast good but spoilt the holiday.

Every single team member I had the privilege of interacting with exemplified extraordinary customer service, learning my name and ensuring my perfect was perfect at every opportunity. Very evident they everyone on the team takes pride in what the do and puts the guest experience first.

Radisson hotel Foreshore hosted me and my friends for a suprise baby shower. The event was a success and the staff was very helpful and professional. Thank you to the following Raddison team members. They exceeded our expectations. -Zolisa for organization everything for us. -Jerome for being owesome, very helpful, even ashered our lady of the hour to us. -CeeJay what a gent. He delivered great service. Big up. -Sindi thank you for assisting us with set up and warm beautiful smiles. -Marcelino and the chefs, the food was out of this world. Definitely coming back for those meat platters The birthday platter was a beautiful touch, thank you so so much. I can't wait to host our next get together at Radisson hotel Foreshore again.

Great stay and the staff always friendly and assisting. Vuyo my life saver and Thabisa to name a few, the list is endless as it goes for all the rest of the staff. Thank you for All for the dedication. Keep it up and definitely will come back. The hotel is situated in a perfect place. No regrets!!

Great hotel option if you're attending a conference at the CTICC. I had stayed at The Onyx on an earlier trip, which is even closer to the CTICC. Between the two, the room at The Onyx is larger and the breakfast better quality as it is made to order. Nonetheless, the view at the Radisson is better if you're facing Table Mountain. The Onyx is across this giant electric billboard that shines a blinding light into your room 24/7. The other downside of the room I had at the Onyx is that it has no desk to work from, which the Radisson has. Rooms at the Radisson are newly renovated and I didn't get disturbed by renovation noise as other reviewers seem to have. The lobby is much more inviting compared to The Onyx and one of the staff made it a point to remember my name and greet me accordingly throughout my stay. Overall, both The Onyx and the Radisson are great choices, but if I came again, I'd probably go with the Radisson.

The area has a lot of vagarants walking on the streets. The hotel has outside parking. I saw a vagrant looking inside the cars and my wheel caps from the rental car was stolen

The room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, featuring modern fixtures, a powerful shower, and plenty of high-quality toiletries. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay.

We stayed at the Radisson Foreshore, located just 10 minutes from the V&A Waterfront, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has been newly renovated, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The modern design is evident, but I wasn’t a fan of the open-plan bathroom setup—I prefer a proper door for privacy. That said, the room comes with thoughtful amenities like coffee and tea-making facilities, complimentary water, a hairdryer, toiletries, and even an oil diffuser. One downside is the lack of cupboard space and limited room for suitcases, which made organizing a bit tricky. However, the hotel more than makes up for this with its exceptional staff. When our luggage didn’t arrive, they provided us with toiletries and essentials to help us through the next two days. When the air-conditioning in our room wasn’t working, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even offering us a suite to ensure our comfort. The hourly shuttle service to and from the V&A Waterfront is incredibly convenient, but if you prefer walking, it’s only a 10-minute stroll. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, especially the made-to-order omelets. There are two restaurants: Felini on the ground floor, which serves delicious Italian food, and a rooftop restaurant and bar, offering a bougie atmosphere with a focus on seafood and other fine dishes. For convenience, there’s a Burger King just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and small family-run supermarkets about 5 minutes away where you can pick up essentials like water. Additionally, Greenmarket Square is only 950 meters away, making it easy to explore the local crafts and culture. Parking can be challenging due to renovations, but the staff provided us with complimentary parking in front of the hotel, which was very accommodating. While there’s no pool, the hotel’s welcoming ambiance, attentive staff, and prime location in the heart of Cape Town’s CBD make it a great choice for travelers. Overall, Radisson Foreshore is a very comfortable and caring place to stay, and I would recommend it, especially for its proximity to key attractions and outstanding service.
