Good value for money 4 star hotel in middle of broadbeach and Surfers paradise area. Easy tram access and good continental breakfast buffet spread though same menu everyday. Quite area below the hotel, if need lively or direct access to tourist hotspots then choose hotels at cavill avenue or broadbeach

Travelled for business on this occasion. Myself and family have stayed at this property many times. The location is really convenient, its a proper functioning hotel. Check in was really easy and fast. Scored a good room upgrade as well. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was good . So I would recommend this hotel.

the room equipments are a bit old. the service is slow，have a dead battery on the door lock，it took me 3 times up and down stairs，took 20-25 minutes to fix it. the ironing board is Brocken， the curtains were hard to close. The hotel is OK but not worth the price.

Hotel was unable to fix my room with extra pay for queen or kings bed , the left me with double bed so myself and partner has to sleep seperate. also staff was unable to have a good communications with no choice at all overall very bad experience , the only positive feed back was location but service very poor. no food after 10pm , no arrangment for after hours house keeper very good and friendly

Locks of Bathroom doors were not working. Shower doors were not right. Building needs some repair or renovation.

Overall we had great experience staying at crown. Staffs were amazing (specially Janine) and location was very convenient.

Overall, I found the service to be quite disappointing. The delays in checking in were extensive, and the facilities seemed outdated. As a customer, it was frustrating to encounter such challenges.

The hotel is super close to the bus station, which is super convenient to get the city center. Stuff are friendly if they could speed up the check in process.

Jason and his team were excellent - I particularly enjoyed the aspect where they continually checked to make sure we were well catered for and everything was satisfactory. We dines in each of the restaurants and food was fresh and tasty. While the gym was relocated it was enough to sustain a reasonable training program. Will be coming back before the end of the month to celebrate at Horizons:)
