Reception staff are rude and impatient. They exhibited lack of professionalism and engaged in an altercation with me when I tried to ask questions about extending my stay by a couple more days. They actually told me to go somewhere else. They claimed that my card did not work for enable a preauthorization and that I had paid a low rate. When I suggested to swipe or give them cash, the lady receptionist did not want to do it. She kept saying we could try later. When the male receptionist came on the shift later in the day, he said I needed to pay cash and that they were fully booked and could not give me two more days before my departure as my schedule had changed. Even if they think they are fully booked, it is only because of the location and that people need somewhere to stay. Nothing professional in their conduct. I was booked for only one more extra night instead of the two that I had requested for the 17th of July. How unfortunate that I had to stand up for myself as they tried to make me feel unwelcome for them to even consider giving me an extra night upon my return from Italy. They need to calm down.

立地、コスパで選びました。 フロントは小さいけれど、いつもスタッフがいて、荷物預かりもしてくれるし、出入りのたびに挨拶もしてくれます。 この立地でこの値段はありがたいので、設備には文句は ありません。エレベーターが非常に狭く、ベビーカーと大人1名が一緒に乗るのがほとんど困難でした。また、通路も狭く、暗い。お部屋は、広くはないですが、ダブルベッドに必要なものも揃っており、エレベーターや通路を狭くしてもお部屋に広さを確保していると思うと納得です。 総合して、このホテルはオススメですし、また旅行に来た際はここを選ぶかもしれません。

這家酒店真是讓人驚喜, 5分鐘抵達Opera/Printemps /Lafayette，環境優雅舒適, 服務周到細緻, 讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺，Reception 服務五顆星。

ロワシーバス利用のため、乗り場近くにあるこちらのホテルを予約しました。受付の方はとても親切で、丁寧に説明してくれました。掃除も行き届いており、充実した滞在でした。チェックアウト後も無料でスーツケースを預かっていただけました。

部屋は少し狭いですが清潔です。 バスタブは高さがあるので注意が必要です。 冷蔵庫は付いてなかったのでフロントにある冷蔵庫で預かってもらいました（ミニバーはありますが常温です） 朝食会場が開いてる時間は電子レンジを借りる事ができました。 廊下が暗いのでスイッチを探して明るくしてください 特に男性スタッフの方がとても親切でした。

這次回法國辦事，順便旅遊，這個地理位置非常方便。走路5分鐘可以到達opera地鐵站，走15分鐘左右可以到達盧浮宮附近。opera這裏奶茶店很多，日韓料理豐富，如果需要購物，也很靠近老佛爺。 房間乾淨整潔，也很安靜。前台也非常和藹。是性價比非常高的選擇。
