Best Western Plus Premium Inn

Stayed for 11 nights with my 11 year old son, the hotel was very clean in communal areas,rooms and pool area were spotless,the cleaning team work very hard and I honestly couldn’t fault it Staff in the hotel were helpful, especially the cleaning ladies & restaurant service This hotel does allow groups of young men so it was noisy past midnight on a few of our nights, Sunny beach is a vibrant area and to be honest it was expected to a certain extent We stayed on a half board basis there was a self serve buffet style meals it was ok but hot food was Luke warm or cold, and lacked variety and catered for more Eastern European people but we ate breakfast every day and the evening meal a few times This is my honest opinion, if i return to sunny beach again I would stay here again as I said earlier the hotel was super clean and to me this is the most important thing .. if the variety of dishes, and the food being hotter improved they would have got 5 stars

Really nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size with nice clean bathroom, everything we needed. Bar was beautiful and reasonably priced and the staff were again very friendly. Breakfast and Diner was delicious as well. I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient for location on no more than 200 m from the beach and the promenade. The pool area is amazing.All in all, an excellent hotel.

Hotel and Rooms very clean beds are really comfortable shower was very good, staff are very friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Our only comment would be the guests leaving food outside attracts the seagulls this is down to guests not the staff also glasses at the poolside is not a good idea. Good location.

Myself, my husband, my 16 year old son and 5 year old daughter stayed at the Best Western Plus Premium Inn, Sunny Beach from 20/10/23 for 1 week. We booked Half Board and because we were vegetarians, I confirmed with the hotel at the time of booking if there will be vegetarian options on their buffet. The hotel confirmed that there would be a “selection of vegetarian options on the buffet matching our criteria”. However, the first night we had dinner, there were only some sides available like chips and potatoes and some salads. There were no main courses whatsoever. When I queried this on two separate occasions, the CEO Manager Ivan Todorov and Restaurant Manager Anton Hristov responded in the most rude and cocky manner. I informed them that I had email confirmation of a selection of vegetarian options on the buffet, but they continued to be rude, obnoxious and cocky. When I reminded him that they cannot talk to me in this manner, they started shouting at me in front of all the other guests. My 5 year old daughter and 16 year old son was traumatised by their behaviour. They are bullies who think it is acceptable to insult and ridicule their customers. I have been to several countries around the world and stayed in numerous 4 star hotels but never in my life I have experienced such unprofessional and indecent behaviour from the senior management of the hotel. These people are ruining the name and reputation of the global brand Best Western Hotels and should be removed from their positions immediately. This is not the first time that they have been rude and obnoxious to their guests, but they have deliberately deleted all the other previous bad reviews about them.

modern hotel, great location near nice Grill Bar and Beach, friendly stuff. missed some fresh fruit at breakfast (just apple and pear)

Been a week all inclusive with husband 11 years old. Hotel super clean I could not believe always smells nice fresh.if do not disturb card left on the door cleaners came in and cl an the room. the only problem was smells from waste pipe in the bathroom we were in room 603. Guess in hot temperature could b a reals stink. Staff friendly.all inclusive cocktails not bad quite few to choose from. You have to pay tourist tax which was 30lv for 3 of us. No animation or things to do in the evening. Apart of pool tables and air hockey. Food. As below food just warm u can heat it up in microwave however microwaved chips blehhh. No ice cream available bit disappointed. Pool and around clean waitress pick up glasses regularly. Choose really bad time for holiday it was like walking round a ghost town. 2 supermarket open and 2 pubs restaurants. Worth to visit old town Nesebar. Would recommend hotel.

Just left the Best Western Plus Premium Inn and I can honestly say we felt that we chose for the 2nd time one of best hotel in the area. Very clean hotel in general, food is good and selection , tasty and plentiful. The staff are friendly and talk to them. All inclusive is good for what you pay. Highly recommended! To be fair the staff is extremely polite and helpful .
