HI Hotels Imperial Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

un très bon endroit pour se détendre. proche de la rue et bien desservi. hôtel en bon état, même si la nourriture pourrait être meilleure. Je le recommande à tout le monde comme base. Beaucoup d'attractions, de bonnes piscines et surtout - très proche de la mer et de la plage !

Where to begin? Check in faultless arrived and checked in straight away as room was ready. The room itself was in the main building on 7th floor. The room was huge with large balcony and lucky to see beautiful sunsets every night. Room cleaned daily and spotless. Food was outstanding no 2 days were the same as they had themed nights Greek, Italian, Arabic etc. Breakfast was the same every day but lots to choose from full English, continental, toast, cereal fruit and yoghurt plenty for fussy eaters, although more toasters and coffee machine would be better. Fresh bread baked every day and the breadman (what we nicknamed him) was constantly working. The A La Cart meal is a defo, service was spot on. The outside snack area provides burgers, pizza, chips, salad, cakes and freshly cooked donuts and the violet icecream is to die for! something for everyone. Facilities on site are outstanding 2 outdoor pools, splash pool and park for kids, indoor pool and spar also a games room and the beach a 5 minute walk away. There was kids entertainment every night so if you have little ones they will love it. There are bars inside and outside, Jordan who ran the outside bar is amazing how he remembers everyone's drink is mind boggling! you order once and he remembers for the rest of the week. Jordan you do and absolute fantastic job. Alexander the hotel manager is a top bloke! nothing is too much trouble he really cares about his customers be it advice on where to go for days out to general advice on the area. I like the fact that the hotel employs people that have disabilities (see the ability not the disability). I would recommend using the local bus service to get to Nessebar and Sunny Beach as it only cost 2 lev (about £1) as the land train vmcost 6 Lev on way, also if using taxis agree on price before you get in the taxi! Would I recommend this hotel? Most definitely! Would I return to this hotel? Most definitely! Overall I would like to thank the staff at HI Hotels Imperial Resort for making my first visit to Bulgaria unforgettable

Lovely hotel with excellent manager, very welcoming. Most of the staff excellent and although a language barrier with limited English still had a smile. Excellent housekeeping room very clean and serviced every day Food selection very good albeit some of it cold - nobody likes cold chips or cold fried eggs! Variety and displays were excellent Lovely clean well maintained pool - didn’t venture in as it was too cold for me Loved the A La Carte Restaurants - service was excellent Visited Nessebar (unesco protected city) several times as we loved it Overall think this hotel offers excellent value for money and would recommend to others especially families. Only down side for me - some guests felt they needed to consume the cost of their holiday in alcohol and then spoil it for others

Have been twice to the Imperial Hotel. Absolutely brilliant. Most of the staff remember me and make you feel very welcome. Hotel clean, Food - so much to choose from (and I am fussy) but ate plenty. Bar staff are brilliant and work so hard. Definitely going again, my third visit.

Just home from a fantastic stay. At first when we arrived our booking was not found but staff quickly sorted it out without fuss and got us our room. We stayed on the 3rd floor right by the lifts (which was great for grabbing a drink from the lobby bar). The room was very spacious and a lovely balcony the view wasn't great looking over the street and other hotels but no problem we wasn't there for the room views. The bed was 2 singles pushed together but we managed and they where very comfy, only gripe would be the 2 single duvets we kept getting lost and tangled in the night 🍆😉... The ensuite was great, clean and with a lovely shower and a comfy toilet seat 😊. There was plenty of mirrors for us to do our hair at the same time. The aircon worked perfectly even though we didn't really need it all the time due to the cooler evenings of October. The staff where all friendly enough some didn't seem over happy but no probs for us just serve me a drink and I'll move on lol. The outdoor pool is unheated and very very cold. The indoor pool was slightly warmed so we used that one a few times. The food was great with themed nights and a great display outside the dinner hall. Not going to lie not all the food was to our taste but then you can't please all the people all the time can you? There is however plenty of food on all day and loads of choice around the hotel. There wasn't much in the way of entertainment but we knew that would be the case when we booked to stay a week earlier this was for us a last minute why not go somewhere for a week holiday and didn't disappoint. The beach is extremely close and great to visit. Overall would I visit again .. no but the only reason is that we make a point of not going to the same place twice but I would recommend others to go there and experience what we did and make the most of it. Don't read too much into the bad reviews go there with your own expectations and this hotel may exceed them for you. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work, especially the cleaners who never seemed to stop we didn't see any thing not cleaned immediately they work so hard. We had a fantastic vacation. The hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were always clean with fresh towels. Food was delicious! There was something for everyone and every day. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable family vacation. We will definitely comeback.

Me and my husband had a wonderful time here, Beautiful hotel, rooms very nice and clean, modern! Good food, Doughnuts, ice cream, pancakes, pizza, kebabs, pretty much everything!! Three big pools, spa on site, two children’s pools and a big splash pad, Lots of seating, pool tables, gaming machines, air conditioning, The hotel is big and it’s a little bit like a maze to begin with but it’s all part of it. Would 100% go back.

The hotel was lovely, so clean. Entertainment team were brilliant so friendly my kids loved them! Did fantastic shows to! Bar staff were great especially the one at outside bar that started at ten morning until midnight he was fantastic did my kids mocktails brought us drinks over, couldn’t done anymore for us he was brilliant defiently be coming back next year it was a lovely holiday just wish the water was bit warmer gutted didn’t go in pool the water to cold :-( nice weather but I wont hit enuf to need really cold water like I do in turkey lol

We just came back from our 2 weeks holiday. It was family holiday 6 adults and 2 kids (3 rooms). Everything was great with few little things that could be improve/change but don’t have a massive impact on our opinion. Amazing quality in relation to the price. Helpful staff - we had problem with broken shower head - repaired straight away. Rooms clean every day, the only one minus that fridge wasn’t restocked daily. Tasty food, a little repetitive but enough choice so everyone was content even my 4 years old son who is a very picky eater. Clean swimming pools and kids playground. Amazing, hard working animation team, but in our opinion hotel should put a little more money to keep guests entertained as it’s need improvement. Close to the beach - I just don’t like the idea to pay extra for the beds and umbrellas on the beach should be free for hotel guests. But like I said generally we had nice, relaxing family time so yes we recommend it.
