Breakfast is good, have many choices. love the coffee crema, kuih-kuih n ayam merah. Room condition is ok. Higly suggest the shower room should put curtain or install the door to prevent the water split on floor and make the floor very slippery. is really danger if the floor is wet, easy to fall down. overall still recommend to stay here.

Great view from my room. Unfortunately a bit disappointed for service room this time. And one more thing iron make me really not in mood because of the plug cannot properly plug in.

The hotel consider the best hotel in sp. One thing not good is when Booking in trip.com no including breakfast. We need to buy on the spot, the hotel breakfast is good if compared to swiss avenue but location is a bit far. In conclusion, we highly recommend if you look for good quality room and breakfast ignoring the location.

Overall my favorite hotel when i travel to Kedah but somehow i sense the reception male guy was not being friendly and professional enougjt to handle customers during check in.. sour face with arms crossed after handed over room key.. he could be more attentive when asking for credit card password but rather nust handed over the machine with no eye contact or any communication

Amazing Stay at Purest Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Purest Hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They made check-in a breeze, and I felt right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and fast Wi-Fi. The view from the window was an added bonus! I also had the chance to enjoy the hotel’s on-site facilities. The restaurantoffered excellent service and quality, with a variety of delicious options that made my stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their friendly attitude made the whole experience unforgettable.
