房間超預期，像城堡一樣坐落在美麗莊園之中，房間設施舒適温馨寬敞明亮，絕對安靜，還有遮光窗，暖氣足，下次想來多住幾天。

完美的城堡酒店。

號稱28平方的房間，但給我一間最多16平方的房間，被套沒有套平整，一塊毛巾皺皺巴巴的搭在浴缸邊，提供的東西也很劣質。整個建築除了外殼，裏面看不到多少歷史痕跡。沒有大堂，進門狹窄空間放一個桌子辦入住手續。然後就直接上樓梯。性價比太低。

這酒店是城堡式建築，外圍環境很好，內部比較老舊，服務人員還是比較熱情的！

Seriously couldn’t fault the accommodation, staff and food. The rooms are very high spec and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds very near Stratford in the heart of Warwickshire. Can’t wait to stay there again. Our room was well appointed with a view of the grounds , and we were provided with complimentary drinks and snacks. The pool area was immaculately clean and aesthetically impressive with a steam and sauna room overlooking it.

The hotel was beautiful. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The food was delicious. We are vegan and there was soya milk in our fridge and vegan treats in our room. The bar was great and the dining room was beautiful. Dinner was delicious with beautifully presented and tasty vegan options. The breakfast was the best I've had - zalmon, avocado and spinach on toast.

Amazing hotel ! So much history and so many details in every room and every part of the building. Beautiful huge park. The food was very very delicious and the menus were very extensive. Service was beyond expectation : everyone was so friendly and helpful in a very personal way. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was so delightful.

Our stay at Ettington was an absolute delight! The charm of the old-world architecture combined with modern comforts made for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing experience. We enjoyed the pool/ spa area , immensely! The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed a nice walk around the property. The standout feature of our 4 night stay was undoubtedly the service!. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging special requests, or simply greeting me with a smile, their dedication to exceptional service truly made the experience memorable. A special thank you to , Izzy , Delta , the 2 front desk ladies and last but not least , Mr Daimon! Our room was large and comfortable . There were always plenty of fresh towels and toiletries . Tea, coffee , cocoa and cookies were replenished daily . We enjoy the special touches such as turndown service and milk and cookies delivered to our room in a silver tray for our daughter . Breakfast was excellent and included several hot breakfast selections as well as a buffet.We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea and dined outside for dinner as the weather was beautiful. Drinks were very delicious as well . We did take advantage of room service on our last morning and our special request was delivered along with a lovely breakfast. The combination of a picturesque location, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding service made it a truly unforgettable experience. We will definitely return when in the area on business.
