Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

太讚了！小鎮德式風情濃郁，房間往外看就可欣賞美景，窗外的屋頂上是鴿子棲息的地方，滿屋頂都是鴿子，一樓的聖誕裝飾非常漂亮，服務也非常貼心

就在小法蘭西里麪，運河邊上，出門右轉就是景區，方便遊玩，房間很好，很安靜。這個地方的景色和宮崎駿漫畫風格很像。

위치는 매우 좋았고 방도 넓고 고풍스러웠음. 4층은 엘베가 안되고 아침도 비용에 비해 부실함

非常漂亮的酒店，酒店位置好，出門就是老城區，早餐也非常美味，一次滿意的入住體驗，以後有機會還會再來。

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, die Zimmer sehr modern und ansprechend. Die Terrasse ist sehr klein, da musste man Glück haben, dass man als Hotelgast einen Platz ergattern konnte. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir persönlich etwas der Pfiff-war immer noch alles in Gläschen portioniert, keine Gurke/Tomate o.ä.

We had a lovely stay in this charming place. The rooms are clean and efficient. The staff were wonderful and even recommended a brilliant restaurant nearby for the best meal we’ve had whilst in France. I would highly recommend this property.

This is definitely the place to stay in petit France. It’s a lovely building right I. The middle of the action. We were a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast and luxury feel of the hotel though. In addition, they block off the roads leading in and out during the holiday season, which makes walking with heavy luggage a nightmare. We almost missed our train out of town. Our room also wasn’t ready at 4pm, Thrres laundry service, but to get one load done would have cost over €200. Overall, if you want to stay in the middle of the old town, you should stay here. Otherwise, save your money and stay elsewhere. It didn’t live up to the price for us.

Very good location walkable to most downtown attractions I recommend it for everyone

Excellent location in Petite France, walkable to all attractions and great restaurants. Very helpful staff.

This was a gorgeous hotel and I would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in Strasbourg. I will absolutely stay here again. Our room was luxurious, spacious & so accommodating. It was a like having our own suite.
