The receptionist was very efficient. We were upgraded from standard room to a beautiful cottage.

We booked a standard room and was offered an upgrade to a premium room with a view of the harbor for just $25 a night which we accepted. We did regret the decision as the view was awesome especially the sunset. Close food places and cruises and visitor centre.

就是位置偏遠一點，但也是這偏遠的原因，遠離的市區的煩惱，隔壁是個湖，空氣特別清新，就是餐廳少了一點，也沒有什麼便利店

整體還是可以，畢竟房子很老了，湊合一晚是ok的。晚上房間比較暗會比較嚇人，白天在露台上能看到內海還是很好的。雖然是臨街的房子，但是衹能繞到後面進去，要拖着箱子走一段距離，春天晚上會比較潮濕，路上有很多蛞蝓，小心不要踩到。

设施：比较简单 环境：订了运河景房，风景很美 卫生：干净 酒店山上的42 餐厅生蠔很鲜美，海鲜自助60澳币每人很划算，生蠔自由了

周邊環境很好，服務態度很好

only stayed for 1 night, but it was a great place to see the local area from. Booking ahesd required for any dining other than basic though

Amazing views, excellent accommodation, friendly staff, short driving distance, cruize or train to amazing places.

Rooms are in need of a revamp as very old and tired. Shower tiles and floor grubby with mould in the grout. Not the staffs fault as the turnover of customers is non stop. NRMA needs to do some upgrades during winter when there a fewer guests. Water keeps changing between hot and cold in the shower whenever the shower in the next room is being used.

The Hill top rooms are tired & need some attention, however, are priced accordingly. If you're visiting mainly to enjoy the Gordon River Cruise the rooms are OK. The Lounge area and bar is the best spot to relax and enjoy the views.

Our room at Strahan village was great. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and it had everything we needed with a lovely view. Situated close to eateries and the wharf. Strahan is a beautiful little town at the doorstep to pristine wilderness.

It's ok if you are on the tourist things like gordon River cruise or the play the ship that never was other wise there is not a lot to do

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere Romm needed major renovations. Carpet was worn and dirty and the room was musty, porch terribly worn and peeling paint. But the worst part was the staff. The property advertises internet in all the rooms, which simply is not true. The staff is aware of this and didn't care one iota. They were indifferent about it and unwilling to make any accommodations about it. They did promise they would let supervisors know about it and would have them contact us, which never happened. There are much nicer and less expensive places in town to stay. Do yourself a favor and pick one of those.
