Got some caring thoughts to the service, very impressed (see pic). There’s a lift to the hotel that takes 1 min - from platform 1 end of platform, straight up to the hotel. Otherwise u have to walk via bus terminal for 15 min out in the streets. Hotel should put that instruction in - very useful. Highly recommend if u have a short trip here. I have a room w no window- big enough to open my luggage and lots of space still - maybe diff room configuration than others reviews above. No window = not noisy too.

A basic hotel in a really good location. Literally 3 minute walk to the Arlanda Express. Also walking distance to the historic center. There was a little bit of noise on the street during the night but not too bad. The only downside was the size of the room. It was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. I could barely move and it’s quite easy to kick the wall during the night while sleeping. It’s nice for a one or two day stay in Stockholm but any longer than this and it’s not a good living space.

3pm check-ins are never fun but the lobby had plenty of comfortable seating options and outlets for me to charge my phone while I read my book. The hotel also supplied storage for my bag when I went out for a walk. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The room was nice and cool and spacious enough for me. I could even watch the 2024 Euro Cup on tv in my room instead of going out and spending money in a bar!

The room is super small. Twin room’s bed is too small to fit two persons. Otherwise, everything is fine

The room is small but generally it was okay. With this price and location, it is good. If you arrive late or leave early, this hotel has the best location to offer. But I would not expect any services, you get what you pay. I like the place in general.

The room size is not big, and the most of convenient is hotel is very near to the train station, it took around 5 minutes on foot. I took Arlanda express to airport for round trip. It is in city too, and it also can walk to old downtown.

The service provided by this hotel is good. The staff are helpful. Before my stay, I have sent them email asking some questions regarding my visit to Stockholm. They provide me with quick and helpful reply.

Superb location just next door to the elevator that leads directly to the Arlanda Express train. Rooms were small but well-equipped. Definitely recommended.

Location! Only two minutes walk from bus terminal station. Staff are very friendly. Closed to lots of attractions. I would stay there again.

The room is not so large but it’s comfortable. Central station and bus terminal is really close.

I booked the hotel based on its location and the price point compared with other hotels around Central Station. I was pleased overall. The hotel was just somewhere to sleep as I was out at events each day during my stay. The hotel was generally quiet, aside from slamming doors! The staff were great, happy to help and very friendly! If this hotel is the cheapest option when I next visit Stockholm, I will book again! ☺️

Excellent location just above the central station. We took the airport bus and it was the last stop. Very convenient. If you take the Arlanda express even more convenient, just right upstairs. Room was really small but we didn’t mind as it was clean and bed comfy. Perfect for no frills lovers.

One of the hotels but likely the cheapest around the railway station. Allows me to travel on very early morning (5+am) trains or getting to and fro airport. Also near many eateries nearby or at the railway station. Room is clean, small but okay for a quick stay. Service is friendly and this is one of the several hotels in the Comfort chain I had stayed. Would consider them again.
