Staff very kind and super cleaned hotel. A bit far from city center but close to the public transportation. Love the area, very quiet. Perfect if you are looking to chill out.

簡直了太差勁了 首先地方很偏僻 鳥不拉屎 公共交通都很少 打車更是打不到 不是自駕千萬別來 房間的居然沒有被子 蓋得是一層薄薄的床單 夏天也不需要這樣吧 晚上一直被凍醒 太過分了 洗澡的水要麼冷要麼燙 沒有合適的熱水 前台服務簡直了 我半夜到了不幫我先辦理入住而是在把玩咖啡機

Nice business hotel with dedicated parking (for a fee) in the car park under the hotel. Breakfast was good, nothing mind-blowing but nice selection of stuff. Overall a nice place.

This hotel is clean. The room was so clean that I give it a good rating of four. How do they get a 5? Get rid of the perfume that they use when you enter the building. It smells so bad it clings to the clothing. It is not necessary to make smells like this for human life and makes customers feel like they want to run through the entry, . Secondly, the giant coffee machine at the desk is for decoration only. The restaurant is good for breakfast but the coffee and breakfast is all extra and very very expensive. There is nothing extra that is included in this hotel- no little perks-but because these of wonderful maids who do such great work I give this place a 4. If you want a really clean room in Murcia this is a clean hotel. The maids are the reason this rating is so high.

Fantastic hotel, clean, very helpful staff. Room was excellent and the service was perfect. WiFi is very good. Parking is safe and very convenient. Was working the entire day and didn't have much time to enjoy the surroundings but went out for a walk in the evening and enjoyed the clean and peaceful street.

Very pleasant stay in a very convenient location with car parking underneath & tram close by. I have stayed here a number of times & always return when visiting Murcia. Hotel clean and modern with friendly staff. Hotel check in is 4pm which is later than I would like, although you can pay to check in earlier.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

The hotel reception was typical of a chain hotel and not very personal. The room lacked a lot of maintenance and didn't justify its 4* rating - very disappointed! However, it was quieter than expected even though we were facing the main street.
