Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Known for its modern design and excellent facilities, the hotel provides spacious, well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and essential amenities like free Wi-Fi and workspaces, making it ideal for business trips. The dining options are frequently praised, especially the buffet breakfast and the variety of local and international cuisine. Guests also appreciate the hotel’s fitness center and indoor swimming pool, which are well-maintained. Its central location in Keqiao makes it convenient for accessing nearby textile markets and attractions. While most reviews commend the service as professional and accommodating, a few travelers have mentioned occasional language barriers with staff. Người phục vụ bữa sáng rất nhiệt tình và chủ động. Bữa sáng tuyệt vời, ngon miệng, nhiều món ăn đa dạng, sạch sẽ và hợp vệ sinh. Môi trường ở đây rất thanh lịch. 7. Thiệu Hưng là một thành phố cổ có lịch sử lâu đời. Có tất cả mọi thứ để ăn, uống và vui chơi. Đây là một thành phố rất đẹp. Sự quyến rũ của khách sạn này còn hơn thế nữa. Tôi cũng thích bữa sáng. Đồ ăn khá thân thiện và có nhiều sản phẩm từ trứng, thực sự rất ngon. Tiện nghi ăn sáng đầy đủ, có chỗ cho trẻ em lấy đồ ăn. Phong cách rất đẹp. Các nơi gọi đồ ăn trong khách sạn đều khá tốt và các món ăn rất ngon, điều này thật tuyệt. Dịch vụ khách sạn tốt, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, nghiêm túc và có trách nhiệm với công việc. Cố lên nhé. 8. Khách sạn ở vị trí tốt, gần nhiều điểm tham quan gần đó. Thành phố Yintai ở gần và khá thịnh vượng. Khách sạn rất đặc biệt và cổ kính, cả giai đoạn đầu và giai đoạn thứ hai đều khá đặc biệt. Bữa sáng cũng rất phong phú, hiệu suất chi phí tổng thể rất cao, thái độ phục vụ của khách sạn rất tốt, thái độ của nhân viên phục vụ rất tốt, rất tuyệt. 9. Shaoxing Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang là khách sạn năm sao có phong cảnh đẹp, nước chảy róc rách, nếu thời tiết đẹp thì chụp ảnh rất đẹp. Ngoài ra còn có một số nhà hàng với nhiều món ăn ngon có thể giới thiệu. Các món ăn đặc biệt và đặc sản của khu phức hợp này rất ngon và rất tiết kiệm. Chất lượng dịch vụ rất tốt, phục vụ nhiệt tình, thực sự tuyệt vời. Trang trí nhà hàng cũng độc đáo và tràn ngập hương vị cổ điển. Nhà hàng cũng được trang bị đầy đủ. Các bức tường cũng được phủ kín bằng ảnh, tất cả đều là một số cảnh đẹp của khách sạn, trông đặc biệt đẹp.  10. Khách sạn rất lớn và có môi trường tuyệt vời. Về vị trí, rất dễ tìm sau khi lái xe xuống đường cao tốc. Bữa sáng rất phong phú. Nhìn chung, rất phù hợp cho kỳ nghỉ. Nhân viên phục vụ nồng nhiệt và hào phóng.

Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village. Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service. Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement. All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

right in the prime sightseeing location of shaoxing, the great location offers great convenience. we loved the environment and the spacious, clean, beautiful room very much. great amenities as well. but do take note that any form of laundry services are not currently offered at the hotel and we had to go through much hassle (and cost) to find somewhere to do our laundry. it's also advisable to travel light as there are many thresholds and steps, and no lifts in the premise - though the staff are attentive and kind enough to help us with our heavy luggage.

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.
